Disabled train blocking Chili Avenue

A disabled train blocked Chili Avenue this evening near Suburban Propane as well as Old Chili Scottsville Road, south of Chili Avenue.

The county Emergency Communications Department/911 Center reported crews were working to inspect and repair the train as needed, and reported at 10 p.m. that the train would not be moved for several more hours, and could affect the morning commute.
