Just got a call from Kristinn on-scene.
This is the SECOND round of attacks that the station and Freepers have withstood today.
Cops are clearing the street of cars so the violent radicals can march down the street to the recruiting center unencumbered.
Crowds have been throwing rocks, paint bombs in GLASS bottles, water bottles, and anything esle they can throw.
MPDC Chief Cathy Lanier was there before the attacks, ORDERING HER OFFICERS to DO NOTHING if the station was attacked.
No arrests are being made.
More info as I get it.
Kristinn is asking any Freepers and Friends in the area to come down and stand with the Freepers there now.
Be aware that this is not a place for children.

Ping
Thank you!
FWIW, I emailed all my contacts in the DC/Federal hierarchy and sent them an onsite contact number.
I did receive a reply from one of them who said they had people onsite.
Looks like DC Metro finally stood up.
If they had stepped in two hours earlier, the cleaning bills would have been much less expensive.
but it also appears there may be some folks in zip-ties.
Thats encouraging.
So we’re back to this crap again, eh?
We were stationed in DC during some of the big protests, late 60s, early 70s. Dad had just come home from Vietnam and was stationed at the Pentagon. I remember him coming home from work one time with red paint on his uniform. I was 8 years old when we left that place, but I’ve never forgotten how dad was treated by the civilians he protected in two different wars (Korea, USMC, and Vietnam, USAF).
I’m with you. I can’t post what I’m really thinking right now, because I’d get banned in a heartbeat.
Thanks for the ping. I could hear police activity all afternoon and knew our guys were in the thick of it.
I was going to go down at lunchtime, but boss called in sick so I got swamped. I’m a little bummed I missed all the fun.
Hope everyone is safe!
Ready on the right? Ready on the Left? [No, not the political left, you twit!] Ready on the firing line?
Not at the recruiting center, they didn't; under orders from the cute, little police chief. The LEOs just stood there. And got hit. Repeatedly.
Have any of you considered making citizen’s arrests of the ones who threw paint and other objects? That would make a stronger statement and tell both the anarchists and the MPDC that we are not tolerating the rabble’s illegal behavior anymore.
On Hannity and Colmes last segment: Clip of prezusa222 and another Freeper (haven’t met this gentleman yet) arguing outside the recruiting center with the mass of filthy leftist radicals. Good work, guys!
Also, I am on the phone with Angelwood. She and kburi were there early in the day, after the first attack, but before the second.
We could have used a lot more coast to coast. Has anyone got any reports out of PA with the group that supposed to cage our recruiters?
Better not go there unless you are prepared to defend yourself. Then be prepared for the police to arrest you and let the others go.
You got to remember that this is this police chief’s type of people that are doing this. And the Democrat Party’s I may add.
Her enemies are the lawabiding citizens that own firearms and it is these type of people that she has vowed to herself to crush.
But in the end, justice will prevail because their muslim brethern will cut their throats just as quiclky as they cut other indefidel’s throat.
Member in good standing of the Ewok road construction brigade.
I fear you are correct.
I’ll have to wait up for the re-play of Hannity
Saw Basil behind the reporters, against the recruiter window.

From Post #184 What’s a “zip-ties”?
I am just getting to read this thread now...
I can’t believe so much is going on today.
The paint is bad enough, I hope all are safe!
Plastic ties instead of handcuffs?
