Elton and Hillary, for one night only
Breitbart ^ | 03/18/2008

Posted on 03/17/2008 1:33:35 PM PDT by Responsibility2nd

Elton John is to give a solo fundraising concert in New York next month for Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton, under the unlikely billing "Elton and Hillary: One Night Only."

The April 9 concert at Manhattan's pre-war Radio City Music Hall will be the British pop icon's first public solo concert in New York City without his band since he performed alone at Madison Square Garden in 2000.

"I'm not a politician but I believe in the work that Hillary Clinton does," John said in a statement announcing the fundraiser. "I'm excited to support Hillary by performing at what will be a truly memorable night."

Tickets for the fundraiser start at 125 dollars.

Clinton's celebrity supporters include Hollywood icon Jack Nicholson and basketball legend Magic Johnson, while Obama has hit back with chat-show queen Oprah Winfrey and Oscar-winning actors Robert De Niro and Forest Whitaker.

This is a first on two levels.

He with a she, and she with a he.

Is he donating his performance? Wouldn’t that be an in kind donation from a foreign national? Is that legal?

“...I believe in the work that Hillary does...”

That worthless wench has never done any work in her life. And that includes the meaningless dribble that she called her senior “thesis”. Had she been a true feminist and actually done something on her own, I’d actually respect her a lot more. As for Elton, oh well, talent with music...no bandwidth left for anything else.

"I'm not a politician but I believe in the work that Hillary Clinton does,"

What work would that be?

Tha accomplishments of others that she takes credit for?

When Pinoccio lies, his nose gets longer.

When Hillary lies, her ass gets bigger.

I wonder if Hillary wants to “ban religion completely” too...actually, I expect she does.

” . . . I believe in the work that Hillary Clinton does,” John said . . . “

This does not surprise me in the least.

Gays seem to be very pro-Hillary. Must be a mother figure thing and an Eva Peron diva thing. Plus Hillary promised they could decorate the White House when she gets in

Maybe Hillary will have him do “Funeral for a Friend” and dedicate it to Vince Foster.

PANTSUIT IN THE WIND
Tune: "Candle in the Wind"

Hello, Crusty Queen,
Though you never cleaned it at all,
You had the guts to wear your suit
While those around you crawled.
They crawled out of the odor
And they kept on holding their nose,
They shouted from a distance
And they begged you, "Change your clothes."

And it seems to me you wore your clothes
Like a pantsuit in the wind,
Never knowing what to change to
When the stains set in.
And I would have liked to have worn one,
But it would make me ill.
Your perfume wore out long before
Your pantsuit ever will.
