Presidential candidate Barack Obama preaches on the campaign trail that America needs a new consensus based on faith and bipartisanship, yet he continues to attend a controversial Chicago church whose pastor routinely refers to "white arrogance" and "the United States of White America."

In fact, Obama was in attendance at the church when these statements were made on July 22. .....

May be they did not see a need to answer your questions as Obama was in Flordia that day. You attended a Church sermon and you should know exactly what time and who gave since it was full of hate.

If they didn't see any need to immediately correct a story about Barack Obama attending a sermon filled with hatred and racial animus, then in my opinion, they don't deserve to win a presidential campaign. Correcting an incorrect record that damages your candidate is Political Science 101. Once again, bringing this up now rather than in August, right after the story was published, is very suspicious in my opinion. They are relying on the fact that everyone's memory has faded.

PS: Why do attend this church anyway?

That certainly isn't my regular church. I offered to attend one service, when discussing the possibility of a story with the editors of Newsmax. I have also taped their broadcasts hundreds of times for later review.

It really doesn't matter if Obama was at a particular sermon or not. If you take a look at the church's website, TUCC, and the BLACK VALUE SYSTEM on which it is based, you can see how racist this organization is.

That's the bottom line. He knew what this pastor and his vile "church" stood for. Of course he heard this stuff in person.

It's an insult to everyone's intelligence to suggest otherwise.

he was in Florida giving a speech to La Raza from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

So, in essence, the defense is: "He couldn't have been with the militant black separatist that morning, because he was spending the afternoon with militant Mexican separatists!"

I also notice that the National Council of La Raza did not say whether the senator was running late that afternoon.

Many attendees walked from Hall B across the large Miami Beach Convention Center, to stand in line in Hall D where Obama was scheduled to speak at 1:30 pm. The audience waited impatiently until 1:50 when Janet Murguía, president and CEO, NCLR and Maria Pesqueira of Mujeres Latinas en Accion, an NCLR affiliate, welcomed Obama enthusiastically.

The bizarre thing is that Jeremiah Wright, the man who complains about what a lousy, terrible place America is has a MUCH better education than I, and has accomplished much more with his life than I ever did or ever will, including being close to a powerful politician. It almost makes me feel like slapping this fool.

Under his bizarre racial theories, I should be complaining that a black man made a better life for himself than I did, but of course I'm not. My lack of accomplishment is due to laziness and failure of vision, not any racial or social factors.

The key difference between Mr. Wright and me, other than his higher level of accomplishment, is that I take the blame for my own issues, not try to blame someone else, or society.

Why didn’t he leave the church when they gave Farrakahn that “lifetime achievement award”? Why was Barack Hussein Obama’s “renunciation” of it just as thin and laced with weasel words as his “renunciation” or Write (but only words that got him into trouble)?

A fact that every body seems to be missing is that the Democrat debate was held Monday night, July 23, 2007 in Miami. I do not think Obama would give a speech at 1:30 p.m. then fly back to attend a 6:00 p.m. sermon given by Wright at his church then fly back to Miami for the debate.

What makes sense is that the church switched the schedule around so that Wright preached at 7:30 a.m. and then Wright and Obama flew to Miami together. Do you think Obama would have his august spiritual adviser with him for a major event like a major Democrat Debate?

What, attending a service and watching Osama nod his head in agreement with the ranting isn't evidence? The author is a WITNESS to Osama's presence. If witness testimony has been good enough for the court systems of numerous nations for thousands of years, it's evidence.
