WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Hillary Clinton has close ties to the leaders of an obscure Democratic Party committee that could decide the fate of her presidential campaign.
The three chairs of the Credentials Committee, which decides which delegates to seat at the national convention, have long-running ties to the Clinton camp and could be instrumental in admitting the delegates from Florida and Michigan, the Washington Times said Tuesday.

"O boy is this going to be great!"
Stalin: “It’s not who votes for the delegates that counts, but its who seats them that counts.”
We can only hope. Maybe I should book a plane trip to Denver. Might be able to get some good photos of riots in the streets.
Re: Stalin: Its not who votes for the delegates that counts, but its who seats them that counts.
The best part is that I knew a bunch of lefties who used that exact quote after 2000. Little did they know.....
The Report of the Credentials Committee is then made to the floor, to the delegates already seated. Whoever controls that floor vote, will control the Florida and Michigan delegates. The UPI ought to know this. I know it from having been Parliamentarian of a rather obscure national party. (Reform Party, remember them?)

Hildabeast will be responsible for the race riots should she succeed in outing Obama maliciously.
The fix is N.
“The hand that rocks the cradle”...
It’s a bit surprising that Howard Dean allowed this to happen, but the Clintons still have their plants at the DNC (e.g., Lottie Shackleford), and especially at the Executive Committee, the obscure little politboro that actually runs the party and appoints the Credentials Committee, the Rules Committee, the Platform Committee, etc.
I’ll add a prediction to my previous comment: The delegates in Florida and Michigan will be seated only if it doesn’t change the outcome of the nomination.
Either way, the person with the lead going into that floor fight will be the winner, coming out. As you say, it will not change the outcome, though the outcome may be undemocratic if Hillary wins by a nose with superdelegate votes.

She may be in a position to manipulate the Rules Committee to get that done with less than a majority. But if she is behind Obama in the delegate count, it will be difficult for her to get those Mich. and Fla. delegates without causing a huge uproar.
Here is a list of some of the committee members -
