“Bush Signals Support for McCain (to declare him a true conservative)”

Wouldn’t one have to be a....naw, too easy.

Well this certainly falls under the “takes one to know one” category. Which is probably why Jorge is so mistaken about little Juanito. “Strong conservative” my @$$.

The plan was this: draft McCain - draft! like McLettuce needed to be drafted! - and put others in the race to feel out Republicans, right and moderate.

This has happened. We got a socon, a fincon, a milcon and and allcon (Thompson). Well, we also got a nutcon (Paul).

The establishment crowned McLettuce years ago, and used this primary for data-gathering, but also told the other guys whoever finishes first behind McCain gets the Veep.

Romney did this today, and McCain’s statement ‘me & Mitt will talk later’ was a blatant hint that Mitt was the VP pick. Mitt can take a break, watch Huck get slaughtered, get to know the global establishment he doesn’t already know, and get named Veep as soon as Huck is put to bed.

Combined delegate counts for McCain and Mitt (their combined popular vote: 4.7 mil McCain, 4 mil Mitt) assure a GOP win. The conservatives that sat this out will find this ticket palatable.

Notice how everybody at CPAC underlined the imperative to kill Obama or Clinton.

Bush’s endorsement won’t help McCain at all.

An endorsement from Thomas Sowell or Rush Limbaugh would help, but he won’t get one.

Bush has not proven to be a real conservative, so how can he tell us McCain is a conservative?

Forget it. Just say no to McCain and Huckabee.

A compassionate conservative? Or just a phony conservative.

McCain does adhere to Arbusto's holy grail; flood America with illegal aliens and erase that terrible border. Bush fooled me once. I won't get fooled again. Not by these charlatans.

Bush endorsing McCain in an effort to brand him a true conservative? Hahahahahhahahahahaha.

That’s like Dr. Phil having a diet book.

If I were running for President, I don’t think I’d want any Bush’ endorsement.

He’s a fine one to be defining who a “True Conservative” is.

In a speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference in the morning, Bush plans to say that the nominee of the party will be a strong conservative,...

LOL!!! (psst, El Presidente Jorge, you can't relate to strong conservatism. You have no history of it).

Bush doesn’t even know what a conservative is himself. Bush is an idiot. If he truly believes he can change my mind about McCain simply by saying McIdiot is a conservative, Bush is sadly mistaken. He fooled me twice by telling us he was a conservative and he turns out to simply be a RINO liberal. No Jorge, no more fooling me. McIdiot is a liberal, period. No ifs, ands and buts about it.
