Are there any Freepers who support John McCain?

Are there any Freepers who support John McCain?

If you support Mr. McCain, can you make the case for your man?

Can you make the case without bringing up the War?

Can you make the case without bringing up Judges?

Can you make the case without using any ACU ratings? (Those don't impress anybody.)

Can you make the case without insults or telling people to "calm down"?

Can you make the case without the type of lying and dishonesty we've come to expect from John McCain and his special friend Mike Huckabee?

Can you make the case without trashing Barack Obama?

Can you make the case without using Hillary Rodham Clinton as some kind of boogyman or boogyperson?

Can you?

The ball is in your court.

I will show McCain the kind of respect he gave RUMMY.... not the kind of respect he shows Hillary, Kennedy, Lieberman, Fiengold, and Lindsey Graham.

I think I can make a good case for McCain. When he goes down in flames in November, he will discredit the welfare/warfare state wing of the Republican party for a generation.....then again that could be wishful thinking.

Sorry but you nor anyone else has a right to tell me how to vote.

Please...vote as you want. It's your right and I know I cannot affect it, nor would I want to.

Just don't come whining to me about the outcome.

Agree?

I agree and think we need to make our voice heard to him that we do not like his embryonic stem cell research support.

Give him time to hear from the pro-lifers — he will come around on the Roe vs Wade

Especially when it comes time to nominate a Supreme Court Justice replacement. He WILL hear us!

I wish I weren’t but I know the guy and he is a nutcase. Anybody who has ever been around him knows this.

I knew him also, and I agree with you 100%.

Little narrow, doncha think? Might as well add “Can you make your case without claiming he has a pulse?...” If you let me frame the question in the right way, I could probably get you to admit that the sky is green.

If you chose not to support him, then do not support him, by all means! But it’s more than a little vain to think that your decision is some Earth shattering event that deserves being broadcast on Times Square or something.

“he will not retreat on the War and allow Islamofacism (as he has the balls to call it) a undeniable victory.”

He fully intends to close Gitmo and, judging from his RECORD, he would probably work out a secret timetable deal with the Senate on Iraq. He has stated numerous times he can work with Democrats. Boy can he ever.

The real world is McCain can’t win.

You've got a real self-fulfilling prophecy going here, don't ya?

Wow, I made the same comment to my liberal lunch buddies this week. Thank God I’m not alone.

Personally I believe McCain’s numbers are based upon democrats and other posers switching parties to vote for the one Candidate Hillary can beat easily via a October surprise or some other dirty trick. We all know that they were told to do so so that Ron Paul could get the nomination.

How hard would it be to shift those voters to McCain now that Paul has fallen off the radar?

And it is having the predictable effect on the conservative base when faced with the ultimate RINO in the lead for the nomination.

If we lose the War On Terror Sharia Law will provide the judges, my friend.

John McCain would be great in fighting the WOT if only he was willing to secure the borders as Senator. So far he is not.

Anybody who wants to bring terrorists from Gitmo to our courts here in US cannot be serious about treating this as a real war.

Hysteria. You got that right! The Coulter Kool-Aide drinkers are far more unhinged than they imagine Johm McCain to be.

The same idiots that voted for Ross Perot to teach GHWB a lesson and sat out the last mid-term elections. Teach a lesson. How'd that work out? Thanks for Waco, Aristide, bans on constitutionally-protected firearms ownership, Islamic footprints in Eastern Europe, needlessly-antagonistic relations with a freshly post-cold war Russia, inattention to int'l terrorism, oh and that little 9/11 "incident." Thanks a f@#ing lot for teaching GHWB a lesson. Hope they're as happy with those results as they will be with nationalized health care and a pullout from Iraq and 'Stan. I bet they'll gladly fork over an increasing percentage of their income to fund abortions here and abroad.

I am voting for McCain to piss off the liberal trolls who are on here pretending to be conservatives for Hillary.

I've rarely seen a bigger display of childish behavior than at FR lately. Reminds me of a bunch of 8 year olds taking their toys and going home.

Since most thinking conservatives act like adults, I have to agree with you about liberal trolls here pretending.

This guy needs a Commander in Chief to fight the terrorists. We are in a War, and this guy is fighting for us, we need to watch his back.

McCain is just as much an incompetent as Hillary and Obama on the war. McCain wants to get rid of Gitmo, he wants to treat the sandgoblins like they are criminals instead of enemy combatants. I wonder how that soldier in your picture would feel if he knew that McCain has left the American people to the clemency of illegal alien criminals by supporting amnesty and open borders.

"Sorry, but anybody who wants to close Gitmo and instead allow terrorists access to our courts (whose defense would be paid for by the taxpayers) would not be good for the war on terror.

McCain has always been a large supporter and advocate on the WOT, including Iraq. He is wrong on Gitmo and the interrogation issue. He has always been a huge support to the fighting troops.

But if you think the Democrats will be better on the WOT, you cant be more wrong.

You don’t know that McCaine will do that at all.

He has a history of selling out. That’s what he is; that’s what he does.

Good thing that the GOP can count on you to support any candidate they select even if you have to hold your nose.

I guess folks like you get used to being used to the point that you get used to it, maybe even enjoy it.

As long as McCain supporters don't whine when they suddenly wakeup and realize they supported a lefty with a "R" behind his name. One that takes money from Soros.
