Romney out. Congratulations Freepers on ensuring there was no conservative in the race. (Vanity)

You rallied behind someone who never had their heart in the race and was never a leader in their life (Thompson) or never had a chance in hell (Hunter). What is needed more than anything to win the WH is a drive to do the spade work necessary to get there. So by denying Romney victory in IA and NH and SC, and splitting the field, you now have probably the worst enemy of all - someone the Wonderful Mr. Jim Robinson never saw fit to put a 'truth file' on.
So, nice work.

That doesn’t make any sense. If someone is calling him Gog and then charging him with the defense of Israel, that’s like telling someone they’re a 90 pound weakling in one breath and then telling them they belong on an NFL front line in the next breath. Never mind the additional fact that one does not welcome a guest by citing a biblical passage and saying it describes him as one of God’s enemies. It’s like welcoming a guy to the Simon Wiesenthal Center by giving him photoshpped picture of him standing next to Hitler.
I don’t care what they said about him, there’s no credibility in this nonsense.

The one to blame is FDT on how he ran his campaign no one else. I agree.

That’s how I’ve been leaning and I flip flop. But it’s a long time to November. I think the arguments for both sides (those that discuss the issues in a rational manner) make good points. I won’t vote for hillary or obama because they will be 100% wrong on everything.
I asked my husband tonight who he’d vote for in Nov if it’s McCain v Hillary or obama and he said it was a no brainer for him, McCain. And we’re just talking about how we’re going to vote and we both think the choices are horrendous, but his attitude is that it’s a no brainer because the other two are worse and we can’t vote for them.
We haven’t discussed a brokered convention or anything like that yet, just conversation about what’s happening now and how we’d vote come Nov.

I don’t see where I am supposed to be in this conversation. I just said that I didn’t know that, “on Bushs recent trip to the Middle East, the Sanhedrin presented President Bush with a scroll that called Bush the Chief Prince of Gog (Ezekiel 38).”
While I have talked to some people who hold low opinions of him, actually I support the guy and think he’s right on the money in Iraq-Syria-Iran-NK.

That doesnt make any sense. Apparently, it does if you are Israel.
From their perspective, if the USA is bent on dividing Israel's God-given land (which the Bush Admin. seems to be) and giving a piece of it to Palestine, then Bush is working on behalf of the enemy of God (and is the enemy of God).
And what did you want Israel to do...greet Bush with a smile while he attempts to divide up Israel's property?
More importantly, hasn't history shown us that you can give Palestine Israel's property but nothing short of Israel's complete destruction will bring peace (in the Palestinian's mind)?
