NEW HAVEN - Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton's Election Day visit to New Haven poll workers Tuesday prompted state election officials to caution that politicking within 75 feet of polling sites is against state law.
Two television station reporters told state officials Tuesday morning that Clinton brought poll workers coffee and talked with a firefighter at a New Haven precinct when polls opened at 6 a.m., said Adam Joseph, a spokesman for the secretary of the state's office.
WTNH-TV reported that Chelsea Clinton immediately went outside after election moderator Nilda Torres announced that the polls were open.

Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton's Election Day visit to New Haven poll workers Tuesday prompted state election officials to caution that politicking within 75 feet of polling sites is against state law. Laws do not apply to Democrats.
Laws do not apply to Democrats named Clinton.
Chelsea, and the rest of the country, learned that time and again long ago.

This is about as exciting as that “too many men on the field” non-call during the Super Bowl.

I thought she lived in NYC. Kind of far afield early in the morning if not.

What a busy beaver because I believe she was seen with her parents voting in Chappaqua around 8:00 a.m.

Well at least she was much safer than when she was jogging near the twin towers on the morning of 9/11. Clinton’s pimp their daughter again.

And what exactly was she doing in New Haven? A
thread earlier today showed Chelsea, the Stainmaker, and the Commodities Scam Queen at a polling place where the Queen voted. Presumably, this was Chappaqua, NY, not very near New Haven. Chelsea lives in Manhattan (in my daughter's building, so I really do know where she lives). What could she possibly doing that is legal at polling places in New Haven or Chappaqua?

Chappaqua is only a little over an hour from New Haven. Assuming bad rush hour traffic on the Merritt would add at most 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to the drive. So it's do-able.
Also remember that the widdle princess wouldn't be driving herself (lots of time to nap in the back of her limo) ... might even have a State police escort to help clear the way (possibly in CT, definitely in NY).

BTW I noticed Hill/Bill voting but didn't see Chelsea enter the booth. She's still a resident is she not?
