I just got an automated call from RINO ex-Governor Pete Wilson to tell Californians how tough John McCain would be ON OUR NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY.
Oops.
CORRECTION. What he *actually* said was how tough John McCain would be on illegal alien issues....
And I hung up the phone in scoffing disbelief.
WE THE PEOPLE have from now until November to find and boost another GOP candidate regardless of the outcome of this senselessly-FRENETIC primary.
I'm not taking any candidate's polling spin as fait accompli until the fat thighed lady sings a concession speech. Slow and steady, no need for panic.
HALP to make this a RINO Hall of Shame thread. Document what a RINO is and isn't--in words and pictures.

to be fair, Pete Wilson lost his political shirt by pushing Prop 82 that won overwhelmingly, then the courts overturned .. and made him and all R’s look like xenophobes (which image stuck).
Moral? Screw McCain, before he screws us!

I’ve gotten five McCain calls in the past two days so far, including that one from Pete Wilson. Three yesterday and two this evening. None for Romney.
A RINO (or Republican in name only) is a conservative that still clings to the pathetic hope that the Republican Party represents them. It’s gone Lib-lite. It no longer represents us, making us conservatives the real RINO’s.
I just got home from the Long Beach Romney rally, and there was a Pete Wilson message for me too. I couldn’t delete it any faster without breaking the laws of physics :)
And why are you no longer in office, Pete? Collaborating with Democrats sure worked out for you, eh Pete?

Cause Fred Dropped out and Romney didn't sponsor Amnesty and McCain-Feingold and participate in the Gang of 14 and the Keating 5 and curse out fellow Senators and trash the families of SE Asia POWs and vote against the Bush Tax Cuts and name Juan Hernandez as one of his advisors and talk about "$50/hour for picking lettuce" and snub CPAC in past years and promise to reach across the aisle to work with Democrats...
Set the phone down and let the entire message play. If everyone did this, the total number of calls would be greatly reduced. It may prevent an 'on the fence' moron from getting the call that convinces him/her to vote for McCain.
