Very strange.
I checked the web for some info on the school. There is a web site, however, all the pages (other than the home page) seem to be under construction. The school has been open for 7 years.
Man I hope this little dude makes out Ok.
Regards
Sad story and prayers for the kid. It does not sound like an accident.
prayers for this little man. My sons were bullied and it is so hard to watch. They are so innocent and then this cr*p starts to happen.
The local news as of 6 am this morning, 10 last night and previous news casts over the last 2-3 days never said anything about bullying so that's probably just bs thrown in by Faux News. Police have somehow ruled out molestation and say the hook was low enough for him to reach it himself, however they are still at a loss as to what happened. Teachers claim he wasn't upset when he left the room to go to the restroom so they don't know either. The boy is still unconscious so police are saying (unless they're holding something back) that they can only wait until he's able to tell what happened.
Bet a couple of other students put him on the hanger as a prank, not realizing it would choke the victim.
It just sounds like a dumb kid stunt.
Sounds like the idiots in charge didn't get the "Sherlock Holmes Award". Are there any children on record who accidently "fell up"? Mine always fall down.
What a sad situation. Hope the little guy pulls through. Prayers for him.
Coat hooks in my church’s education wing are at a small child’s shoulder height, so that the small children can easily hang their coats. A child could fall “down” and catch his collar on one of these hooks, although it seems very improbable.
I think it is safe to assume that bigger kids were mimicking the "Malcom in the Middle" trick or similar antic from a movie. They just didn't have any duct tape on hand.
Do you need a news cast to tell you what you already know?
Hanging a kid on a coat hanger is something a bully would do, and the logical cause here.
Glad you’re helping the Texas cops all the way from Virginia.
Bullies....I saw the same a kid hung up by his collar by them in my school when I was in elementary school way back when. It happens all to often...
But on a serious side, what a tragedy. Prayers for the boy.
I couldn't say. I was just pointing out that the height of hooks intended for children's use makes an accident phyically possible.
I assume you’re being sarcastic in your last post?
However, I’m not the only one who’s pointed out the obvious to you.
THIS IS A CHARTER CCHOOL FOR KIDS WHO FALL UP........
Then they can just as easily put their feet back on the ground and stand up again and get off the hook.
I’d bank on a prank gone wrong in this case.
