To be honest with you McCain was not my first choice.. So I really am not all that hyped on him, but whatever Romney is a fraud and I have looked at his record when he was in MA and he is a Liberal.. he is pandering to Conservatives so I think I take the man that I at least know he many not be 100 percent Conservative but he is not a pandering liar that contorts his positions based on what position he is running for... Romney is Pro-Choice period. Life is sacraed Period... There is no oh it just dawned on me moment.. Plus I’m not all hyped up about Mormans belief in extended families thats why when I see the add where Mitt the Morman says kids deserve a mom and dad... blah, blah, Mormans subscribe to Polygamy and that is undeniable.. So like I said I simply don’t believe in his family values...

I really like Mike Huckabee but see he is never going to get the nod so Like I said don’t matter anyway McCain is a shoe in. Get used to it...

I agree. But I’ll tell you one thing, should McCain and Hildabeast be the two contenders in the Fall, you KNOW the Clinton campaign will use this quote against him, over and over again in their political advertisments.

We would also point out that she and John Warner went out of their way to undermine Ollie North when he ran for the Senate.

I also am constrained at this point to point out that when she and Ronnie were in the White House she and her harpies did a disgusting hatchet job on Ed Meese, who is a fine man. I recall that vividly and was at one party where they had him shrinking in the corner as he sought to politely avoid their savage and in my opinion unjustified snipes at him.

She is to be honored but realistically one has to say that she does not have her late husband’s acumen and political savvy.

Like so many voters, Nancy’s preference is for the person she ‘likes’ and has a history with. Had it come down to issue positions, it’s not likely she’d have supported “Ronnie,” as his positions were waaaay too conservative for her liking.

I Guess.. but I’m not a morman so I can’t really square the family values thing when it comes to Polygamy et.al... I’ll take McCain over Romney in a minute.

She does look very frail. I am angered that so many here choose to belittle an elderly woman. She issued no statement...this is just a ‘leak.’ Maybe the McCains have been gracious and polite to the elderly Mrs. Reagan, and she is just being kind (as octogenarians do) in return.

I hear Drudge will be running a headline that credits Miss Cleo for Nancy’s endorsement.

That is not true. Polygamy was done away with in the Mormom religion in the late 1800s. It is your choice to support McCain...but he is a liar and egomaniac. And no I am not a Mormom. I am Baptist. You however sound a tad anti Mormom.

I am quiting reading this site for awhile. You guys are crazy. McCain is not as bad as you and Rush say. I am a very Conservative and I will support him. Yall have lost your marbles. He is 10000 times better than Obama or Hillary. And much better than Gulliani. Romney is also good. But I still do not trust him on his recent changes. At least I know where McCain stands.

From medicalnews:

“A drug used for arthritis can reverse the symptoms of Alzheimer’s ‘in minutes’”, the Daily Mail reported. Several newspapers covered the story of how an 81-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease improved within 10 minutes of being injected with a new drug, etanercept. The BBC reported that his wife described the effect on her husband as being “put back to where he was”. His son said, “This was the single most remarkable thing I’ve seen”.

Reports of success in single patients often herald the start of a new line of investigation into diseases and drugs. Though anecdotal evidence holds promise for patients, families and researchers, most of the news reports suggest that it is too soon to say if this drug will fulfil its potential. Larger, placebo controlled studies will be required to determine if this drug is safe or effective for this disease. The drug has the advantage that it has already been approved as safe for use in humans for treating arthritis, and this could speed up the process of testing its effectiveness in treating Alzheimer’s.
