how many times did she say, “Mr. President”?
About as many times as she said "Change" and "Middle America." When spoke of our "image overseas", I guess that she ignored the election of Sarkozy, Merkel, and Stepeh Harper. I guess she missed the improved relations that we have with other leaders.
