BOCA RATON, Fla. A flood of early ballots from Republican voters, has already exceeded the turnout in the contests in Iowa, NH and Nevada. As of Friday night, nearly 400,000 party Republicans had cast early votes, either in person or by mail......There were 3.8 million Republicans qualified to vote Tuesday. That offers a glimmer of hope to Giuliani's calculated effort to get his supporters to vote early hoping to bank a substantial number of votes before losses in other early states raised questions about his viability and his competitors arrived in the state, driving down his numbers in the polls.
As late as Thursday, Mr. Giuliani was still reminding supporters to vote early, as he has done at almost every stop here this month. We are already voting, right? he asked the crowd. Florida is one of 37 states that permit residents to vote early, either with early voting or wide-open absentee voting,.......Giulianis supporters and some rivals said his effort to bank early votes could save him from a devastating defeat, even though it may not be enough to bring him victory, and thus serve as a case study of one of the objections to the system.
"Rudys people have aggressively worked absentees, particularly in South Florida, said Sally Bradshaw, who is running Mr. Romneys campaign here. They knew Rudy was not strong in the early primary states and they needed people to vote for Rudy before the results came on.

Hmmmmm, nah never mind. I don't want to go there ;-)
Watta gentleman you are (blush).
Actually, I think it would be great it Rudy wins Florida because it will keep him in the race, which keeps the RINO/Independent vote split between him and McCain.
Fla's Secy of State is ALSO Chief of Elections.

Rudy should have worked the midwestern retirees on the West Coast, but he seemed more interested in the Presidency of Del Boca Vista, Phase II than that of the US.
“This duel nationality and voting ‘carp’ needs to end ASAP.”
Voting depends on where you are a citizen. My son has lived in England for over twenty years, however he is an American citizen, not a British citizen. He gets an absentee ballot sent to him from this country and he votes.
American citizens living in Israel are the same. Doesn’t matter where you live, if you’re an American citizen living anywhere, you may still vote just as if you were living in your home country.
No problem with that---your son is responsibly exercising his citizenship.
The point here is about people being flown into the US to vote.........possibly voting again and again.
All cheating ever got Rudy was a couple of divorces.
Bernie is warming up the love nest for Rudy's return.
ROTFLMSO-----good one. Thanks.
