I've found out that if you ***SLAP***the monitor, sometimes it helps!! Were you talking to the students taking the state exams in the classrooms off the hall I was monitoring??

WooHoo!! Been there, done that last month. Yes, we can fix your computer, yes, we were able to save all your stuff, but....we will have to do a clean install. You will have to reload all your programs.
