I thought this was a very thought provoking book. Didn’t agree with many of his conclusions, but I believe it is definitely worth a read.

That’s the goal. The MSM will do its part. Crush the conservatives.

"It's a dangerous term so I try to avoid it," said Miller, who considered giving up his career as a Christian writer and leaving the church in 2003 because he couldn't attend services without getting angry. ::::rolls eyes::::
Another narcissist who chooses to draw attention to himself because he's just so darn outraged and all.

I have a problem with the religious left. They don’t want to allow the scriptures to interfere with their own doctrine.

Just another fad. “You can look, talk, and act like a Christian, but with none of that pesky morality or recognizing God’s word as authoritative truth!”

The differnce between the "Christian Right" and the "Christina Left." is that the CR lives in reality! :)
The CL cryes for the criminal and conveniently forgets about the VICTIM... which by the way, if not killed, must learn to LOVE THE CRIMINAL and be ready to turn his a** around so he can stick a knife on your other side!
The CL is the kind of people who live in constant GUILT... Because they feel they don't deserve it. etc, etc etc,
Conclusion: The CL must be wonderful if you are a saint or aspiring to be one... The rest of us, MUST LIVE AND DEAL WITH REALITY and still try to be the best we can be.
There is a difference :) (half-kidding :)

“Miller’s book embraces cultural relevance”
This idea or opinion is not new. A lot of people in the modern American culture have tried to make the Christian faith conform to modern life-styles and opinions. I think that most people that say they are Christians would say that that is a backwards approach to Christianity.
