I did say if Im wrong and you answered accordingly. So I take back the stuff about you.... You could have saved yourself a lot of trouble by not insulting him in the first place....

I didn’t insult him. did you read the article. by posting this crap (and posting no caveats, just a link to a website) from the NY Slimes, which basically condemned CCW and pro-victim laws, he let himself open for questioning of his belief in our second amendment rights.
I am sure however he is capable of fighting his own battles and does not need YOU to fight them for him.

I didnt insult him. Oh, pooh. You insulted him, and now you're trying to weasel out of admitting it.
I'm not fighting his battles for him; rather, I'm suggesting that a moment's worth of self-control on your part would have saved you a lot of embarrassment.

WOW, great story. I dont know why, exactly, but this article made me hopeful for our country. Maybe we’re on our way to being a country that is unsafe for the criminals, instead of the victims......(my version of Nirvana)

This happened in Florida not the People’s Democratic Republic of Massachusetts. They have a castle doctrine.

Glad you liked it. Of course reading the entire article and relating it to the case at hand helps. Which you, and others seem to have done.

Thanks for the support.
Obviously it's difficult for some to read a separate article and relate it to the topic at hand. (RE: "Once again, the victim will become the felon." ... Slapshot68 post#5)
Knowing that I would say it was my bad. Should have known better and drawn a map. ;)

Actually, my post was tongue in cheek...admittedly I didn’t know FL’s laws on handgun self defense. It was just a sarcastic response given the state of affairs where the perpretrator of a crime having more rights than the victim.

Better than average reporting, tells me some of what I want to know. Kudos to Henry Pierson Curtis.
Didn't mention the ammunition, though.
