State Del. Lionel Spruill introduced a bill Tuesday to ban displaying replicas of human genitalia on vehicles, calling it a safety issue because it could distract other drivers.

There is no difference between dice and a "sack". Anthing that isn't serving a decorative purpose (humorous or otherwise) is "distracting". As are bumper stickers (which you may try to read while moving at a high rate of speed).

Here in Houston the police unions always endorse the Democrat. “Socially liberal” stickers would do you better than one that says “I support the right to keep and bear arms”. The scandal ridden RINO DA here in Houston DID NOT support that right even when the state legislature made it clear that you do not need a concealed carry permit to transport a gun in your car (he was still going to prosecute citizens as felons for that non-criminal “offense”).

Well you see, dear. It is like this. That is a trailer hitch. When a man gets to a certain point in his life and wants to blow off some steam on the weekends, he'll spend money on a trailer for a boat, a motorcycle, or other recreational vehicle...

I used to see a tennis ball cut open and hooked over the trailer hitch of vehicles. I never thought about asking my dad "why" people did that. I still don't know.

I think these thing should definitely be allowed and indeed encouraged.

Anyone stupid enough to put something like this on their truck needs to be exposed to the public so steps can be taken to limit the damage they might potentially do when one of their two neurons fails to fire.
