I'm, unfortunately, not a maybe. Nor like a "I'd really like to but . . . "
There's a slim possibility of a chance, but ...
Well, I have the address if the opportunity arises.

Wow, this would be fun. Just checked Amtrak. Only $95 rt and about 3 hrs 15 minutes each way.
How far away is Kennedy's from Penn station?
Thinking about this.

Go out the Eighth Avenue side of Penn Station and grab a cab going uptown. You’re going to 57th Street between 8th and 9th. I think there is a bus also—maybe the 10 and the 20?
Or go down one level to the Long Island Railroad level and ask/wend your way to the subway. Get the uptown local (farthest one to the east, if you haven’t totally lost your sense of direction by this time)—the #1 train. Get off at 59th Street. Done.

I saw this thread on the sidebar and wondered if you would
be going. Wish I lived close. Sounds like fun!

How far away is Kennedy's from Penn station? 24 blocks.
Penn station is 33rd street between 7th and 8th avenue. Kennedy's is 57th street between 8th and 9th avenue.
Just take the uptown subway from Penn station (its cheaper and faster than taxi).
(No, I wont be at this party)

So won’t the restaurant/bar have a TV on? I’m sure it would have the Giants game on!

Thanks for the instructions. My daughter and son-in-law decided to visit. So could not make it. I just love to go to NY. Maybe a Freep in the future.
