Matthews said unusual speech from the second place winner and quite unusual not to congratulate the victor. He lacked support from the union vote, LOL.

Laura Ingram played audio from his speech last night. Edwards said his paralyzed grandpa worked at the mill, his grandma would hobble off to the mill and his aunt would cook breakfast for him and then she would go work at the mill etc...

The MSM gave Paul very little attention—many didn’t even include him in their polling data. The only Republican candidate with less attention from the MSM than Paul is Hunter.

Question: does anyone know who of these candidates in the top five ran ads in Iowa? And who didn’t, rather? I’m curious to know how those who didn’t do much campaigning still did well.

I just went to MSNBC... they have that Donny Deutch (sic) show on now... didn't see Hill and Bill nor any political stuff.

Hillary now at #3 last time I checked. (Edwards 30%, Hillary 29%).

Smarmy Trial Lawyer Edwards speaking now on FNC...

FR painfully slow... I'll be back later.

I know many things about cults, thank you. I also know how to identify a bigot. Sadly, your self-righteous attitude tells me all I need to know about you too.

I pity you.

I last voted democratic for jimmy carter, But if McCain becomes nominee of the party I will vote Democrat because McCain has hurt the conservative movement more than any other Republican. Can you image what liberals ideas would become law if he became president?

About what? Huckster didn't win by enough?

Wallace nailed Rollins on the following blog report--caught him waaaay off base.

Well I hope you’re right because Rush has certainly spent the last two days lambasting Huckabe.

Not that I blame Rush and he didn’t say anything about Huck that wasn’t true. While Rush said he wouldn’t endorse a candidate in the primary, that didn’t keep him from criticizing them. He’s been all over Huck and McCain these last two days but hey, Rush was right in everything he said.

I even recall, today, a tidbit. Rush said something about not endorsing primary candidates and evidently his staff was laughing. Then Rush repeated what his staff was evidently giggling about...something about “you don’t endorse but you’ll sink primary candidates”. As I understood it, Rush’s staff thought he was going after Huck and I agree. His staff evidently thought Rush would sink Huck.

I kept wondering why Huckabe was so cavalier about Rush’s negative commentary about him. Huck said his staff couldn’t get a hold of Rush, then he said he didn’t know what someone on his staff said that had Rush so in a tiff. I thought it was a bit audacious of Huck to be so dismissive of Rush Limbaugh, a very influential conservative.

Now I see why Huck didn’t care what the hell Rush said. He knew he was going to carry Iowa, even his loser campaign chair, Ed Rollins knew it. In fact, I think that what Huck’s campaign staff said about Rush, I think they said and I think they meant it. If you recall, someone on Huck’s campaign told someboy that Rush Limbaugh was an inside=the=beltway pundit, an entertainer, a mouthpiece for the GOP. Damn....now I understand that this is EXACTLY what the Huck staff wanted those Iowan evangelicals to think. Most of them probably believed it@

Anyway, I’m kind of disappointed because it’s just been so obvious that Rush has been going after Huck. yeah, I know he was sitting in his booth minding his own business when some Huckabee feller called but don’t his staff screen the calls? Well they let the Huck call through and this was intentional because I truly think Limbaugh dislikes Huckabee intently. McCain as well. He’s been going after McCain these past few days.

If Rush was sinking anybody, it sure wasn’t Huckabee. At least in Iowa.

This might reduce Rush’s credibility in some eyes.

YEs, as I thought, Romney never has dissed another candidates religion for votes. Unless I missed the whore or harlot speech?

He obviously knows this is the year, 2008, and we are civilized now, lol! Some of us, anyway.
