I love George Bush! At some point in history, he will be appreciated.

He wasn’t Ann Richards either. Too bad he was unable to find his veto pen until so late in his Presidency...

Too bad he didn't use some EO's to void out some of the crap his Dad and Clinton did via EO. Such as the DRMO ammo demil requirements, banning imports of certain types of firearms, ect...
I know Bush is a "compassionate RINO" at best, but throwing us gun owners a bone instead of ramping up BATFE persecution would have been nice...

So do I.
Bush has been a total catastrophe - an utter disappoinment.
The best things you can say about him is he isn’t Kerry or Gore.
The damage he has done to America, the Republican Party and the conservative movement in America will take a long time to erase.

George W. Bush, a Republican more like Nixon than Reagan; here is his legacy:
- Signed the Campaign Finance Reform bill authored by John McCain and Fred Thompson.
- Expanded the Department of Education with No Child Left Behind.
- Created a whole new entitlement.
- Campaigned enthusiastically for the prescription drug entitlement.
- Refuses to enforce the border.
- Agreed to an independent counsel investigation of the outing of a desk jockey at the CIA.
- Let Sandy Berger get off with a hand slap for stealing documents out of the National Archives.
- Named Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.
- He wanted to name his buddy, Alberto Gonzales to the Supreme Court, but conservative outrage forced him to drop Miers and Gonzales for Roberts and Alito.
- Continues to cast a chill over the border patrol by allowing Ramos and Campean to remain in jail.
- Eliminated the boutique fuels bottlenecking our refinery system for two weeks.
- Reagan got the US out of UNESCO, W put US back in.
- Pledges American lives to uphold UN resolutions.
- Waited five years to try to win the war in Iraq.
- Was an accessory to losing the majority in congress to the Democrat party.
- Immediately began working with the Democrat majority to pass amnesty.
- Built two miles of the promised border fence.
- Continued the push to create the North American Union

I am still enamoured with President Bush.
We can disagree all day on policy issues but he is still a great man of character. The commity he displayed in front of Al Gore showed what a sound individual he is. I could not have done it!!

Bush has been a total catastrophe - an utter disappointment.
- His support if Arlen Specter over a real conservative - who else could keep conservatives offf the SCOTUS?
- His Nomination of Harriet Myers - I think he was off the wagon that day.
- Prescription health care - I'm a popper - your a popper - wouldn't you like to be popper too?
- His lack of support for Rick Santorum - His morality didn't fit in well in DC anyway!
- Open Boarders - Drive through now open all night!
- His good friend Johnny Sutton - keeping the border safe for smugglers!
- At least he pardoned Ramos and Compeon-oops!
- Gleefully signing the energy bill AKA the environmental jihad against America! Now America will truely be in the dark.
- Budget? What's that? Let's just spend like there is no tomorrow.
- Walk the plank Mr. Rumsfeld - Davey Jones locker is your next post
- Worshiping in a Mosque? Did he really do that?
- Hey isn't that Jenna Bush teaching "safe sex" - I guess that defense of marriage stuff is dead now!
- Scooter why not just lie under that bus - it will protect you - really!
- Al Gore welcome to the White House! Sure you are a traitor to your country but at least you got some awards for it.
- North American Super Highway will only cost to ameros to from Mexico to Canada.
