My sister-in-law has an apricot and it was supposed to be a toy but got a little bigger. It isn’t big but bigger than she epected. It is a darling dog and she keeps it groomed well. She calls it ‘Honey bunch’

That sounds adorable. Right now we just have a cat because we're not home that much, but I really miss having a dog.

We have a black cat named Spenser that looks just like that. He showed up here when he was a tiny kitten and asked if he could live here. You can see him if you click on my name.

Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. It was my first day back at work and I had a few things I needed to sort through. Plus this is time card week and I need to prepare for that.
I still did not get it all done.

Reflection of me? NOT. She is, however, the spitting image of my mother. Go figure that looks would jump 3 generations.

Ha ha. I see that Spencer likes paper bags too. I’ve never seen a cat that didn’t love bags. I love kitties. Spencer is a fine speciman.

Dear Kitty, you and your husband are exceptional photographers. I do find much beauty and poetry in your photos, a sense of contemplation. That is a very sweet cat there.

Now I will have to find and scan a photo I once took of this same type of smooth grey cat. He was also a neighborhood outdoor cat.

In the meantime, I will have other photos to share here starting this upcoming weekend. Stay tuned...;^)

Hugs, (((Jaycee))). It warmed up around here two days ago. However, the weather forecast is that 3 storms are heading our way — starting tomorrow — with high winds and several inches of rain. I may be online a lot..LOL.

Folks, I had quite a day.

(((GeeBee))), you are right I was here and gone quite early this a.m. and as I mentioned before, I am an early morning grouch...haha.

However, that was soon dispelled as I went out to Pasadena to view all the floats from the Rose Parade. They are parked in a beautiful area next to Pasadena High School and a town called Sierra Madre, next to our beautiful San Gabriel Mountains.

True to form, as our south Pacific Coast weather warmed up, your Northeast weather got colder. Now, guess what, some big storms are headed our way.

Thank you! Spenser is a funny guy. Last week we watched my sister's dog, a Puggle, and Spenser stayed upstairs for the entire week. We had to take his food and litter box up there because he wouldn't come down.
