I’m so glad you are feeling better, Nauti Nurse,

Of course, I made sure the discharge nurse emphasized that chores including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, laundry, dusting, and taking out the garbage were prohibited for at least six months. :o)

Make sure you do your part by avoiding those things too. My sweetie figured she was fine 7 weeks after a full hysterectomy. She picked up two flats (8 six packs) of soft drinks to haul down to the basement at her office. She's been having little pains after walking now. Take it easy!

Six months!?!?!?!

No there is no need to go and rush your recovery like that...you keep your feet up and rest for at least a year (or two!!!)

Woke up two minutes before the ball dropped in Times Square...lots of fireworks in the neighborhood...then proceeded to an excellent night's rest, awaking pain free this morning.

Many thanks for your continued prayers and good thoughts. Countdown continues awaiting the biopsy results.
