A 37-year-old woman who previously worked as an FBI agent and a CIA analyst, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges involving improper access of information, CBS News has learned.
Sources say Nada Nadim Prouty, a Lebanese national and resident of Virginia, entered the United States on a student visa and earned citizenship through a sham marriage.

It’s the hunger for Arabic speakers.
We’ll find out in a decade or so that we hired 100s of jihad moles.
The FBI and the CIA have a reputation based more on what happens in movies than in what happens in those agencies. America would be better served to disband both agencies and develop replacement agencies getting rid of the boobs at both.
More info on the Prouty-Hezbollah connection.
She is a sister-in-law to a Hezbollah insider...IN-FREAKIN-CREDIBLE!
And penetrated the FBI and CIA!
This gal is gonna’ get a blockbuster appearance on “Oprah”!

Thought you might find this of interest as a cautionary example of where the Huma story could lead.
Hopefully before Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
now they want computer nerds, lawyers, and accountants as field agents. the agency is dead.
Good point. Muslim groups in the USA demanded that the US got NOT hire jewish/israeli arabic speakers, or they would not cooperate. The got their wish.
Thanks fer the ping. Did you read #14? Yeee.
>If Republicans win in ‘08,<
Ahem, we had that in 2000. We’ve even had the WH and both Houses. Big friggin deal. We didn’t do a damn thing with it.
“call the Orkin Man” and clean out all the vermin we have elected at every level.
I am seriously beginning to wonder just WTH it takes to become tagged a “terrorist connection”. “They” are nowhere, not doing anything suspicious, and not to be feared. And yet we are warned to be on constant guard. Hopefully the terrorists smoke, and will one day be arrested for smoking within 15 feet of a building, arrested, searched, and their suicide bomb belts will be discovered before they’re detonated.
Good Lord..........Well the trust no one and suspect everyone era has arrived......damn !
Um, call me stupid, but if "passing information to sympathizers of Hezbollah" is not "evidence of actual espionage" or "evidence that she was working as a spy," then what the hell is? That quote above is one of the dumbest yet I've read coming out of the incompetent "Justice" Department.

“...Well the trust no one and suspect everyone era has arrived...”
It’s always been here and never left — a reflection of our society today.
Don’t worry. The “choices” you see on the ballot in 08 will take you exactly where they want you. There won’t be 5 cents worth of difference between em, but the hype and heat will convince everyone there is something going on worth taking a side over. Meanwhile, the global fiat economy comes to play. Pay no attention to the group behind the curtain. Rudy dressed up! Hillary stole FBI files. Diana. Elvis. JFK.
Dammit, LOOK OVER THERE!
"We" have turncoats at every elected office who "obey their masters" (government bureaucrats, entrenched throughout each and every agency -- regardless of which party is elected to be the administration.)
These people made important "decisions" that "regulate" each and every aspect of our lives.
Would that this situation be ended in my lifetime.
I figured she was a spy by reading the cbs news account. She was checking the database on her relatives, and HERSELF to see if they suspected her yet.
All muslims must be removed from any positions of security/secrecy. They can not be trusted.
Any citizen who is convicted of espionage should be shot, and all of their assets siezed, and their families thrown out onto the street.
If she’s a spy how come they didn’t throw the book at her. Maybe she was just doing casual snooping— nothing serious. She prolly had low level clearance
