That’s why I don’t participate in FreeRepublic polls any more.

Just out of curiousity, when Giuliani wins the nomination and then the election, will anti-Giuliani folks be unwelcome on FR?

I seem to recall there is precedent concerning a certain cokehead President

Will gun grabbing abortionists be rehabilitated next?

First, thanks for the post and the information:

“on known terrorist states and organizations that are believed to present a clear threat to our freedom or national security”

So if Hillary thinks some nation like Darfur is ‘believed to be” a threat? This preemptive thing is hurting our treasury and not accomplishing our goals.

The Swiss are conservative. Ron Paul would be just like that. They keep a gun behind every door. Ron Paul would be just like that. They trade with everyone but don’t join entangling alliances. Ron Paul would be just like that — defending the bill of rights and the constitution. He never takes money from special interests. Never takes a junket.. and he is nothing like Kucinich .. who is a socialist.

Ron Paul is an OB/GYN and delivered 4000 babies and is 100% pro-life and always has been. He also SERVED IN THE MILITARY for 6 years as a flight surgeon. Have any of your candidates served?

This is getting really annoying when conservatives sites exclude him from polls.

FR is an independent grassroots pro-life conservative site and will remain so, regardless of whether or not the Republican party goes socialist/abortionist.

Ron Paul is in the Traitor poll and the Pluto moonbat poll. Winning both too!

This is true.. Ron Paul writes bills that are practical and limit govt interference so no one goes along. Like creating a fund for bad outcomes of medical procedures so that we could keep them out of the court system.

Or going back to sound money.. now that’s a no starter.. How can we possibly do without inflation to make our bankers rich?

Sorry.. too many to even start here. After all, Dr. Paul is known as ‘Dr. No’ on tax increases. Doesn’t take congressional pension and returns funds on his office expenses, too.

Jim,

Ron Paul is pro-life. Totally pro-life. He mentions all the time that as an OB/GYN he can be sued if he injures a fetus. He is totally on the side of pro-life.

That is in fact one thing I disagree with him on. But since he is so adament about a return to the Constitution and sound money, I overlook that.

Sorry, pal. Ron Paul is an antiwar moonbat. I wouldn’t trust him with our national security any more than I’d trust Hillary or his other antiwar moonbat allies Hanoi Jane, Barbara Streisand, Michael Moore, Cindy Sheehan, et al.

Traitor? Good grief. He recommended to Bush after 9/11 that we immediately strike bin laden in Afghanistan. IMMEDIATELY.. We might have gotten him at that point.

Ron Paul believes in a strong defense. He understands that our money is being printed so fast we are getting placed in a corner by our bankers. Paul, not only an OB/GYN has studied Austrian Economics for years — which is the opposite of Socialism. Austrians believe in the free market. Do you know Bush is putting us in treaties that supersede our CONSTITUTION.. imagine what Hillary will do!

I see FR as a place that sticks up for the life of the unborn, it also is a site for the preservation of those that are already born and want to continue the life we have all enjoyed in the US.

Ron Paul does not want to protect the born from threat. That is itself says he cannot be for the preservation of the US.

We are being attacked at this time, from within and without.

It takes a special person to protect the born and unborn. That just is not Ron Paul.

You just made my point. Go back and look at the numbers again in my post. Ron Co sponsored...signed onto 1800 plus bill of other congressmen. If he's so against all this legisltion, laws, bill, WHY did he do that? WHY? In the same time period Duncan Hunter co sponosored 800. And you call Ron Paul Small government? Give me a break. He's ineffective, He got nothing done. ZERO. And that's what kind of presidency you'd have.

Ron Paul is aiding the enemy and doing so while we are fighting a war. That makes him a traitor.

Americans are to blame for the terror and murder including Sept 11, 2001 and Iraq according Ron Paul and he and his supporters have crossed the line into the enemies side.

Ron Paul is a raving antiwar moonbat. He should run as Hillary’s VP.

Where is Ron Paul on this poll?

He is on a dinner date with Kitty Harris at the restaurant, “Obscurity.”

“Americans are to blame for the terror and murder including Sept 11, 2001 and Iraq according Ron Paul” No.. that is not what he said, that is what Rudy Mussolini wants you to think he said.

He said our foreign policy is creating blowback. And, my dear, that is in the 9/11 report. Rudy never read it, I guess.

In the war on terror, Ron Paul stands squarely with the terrorists.
