Fighting words (Kerry's non reponse, response to Rush)

Fighting words

There's nothing Rush Limbaugh relishes more than getting into the middle of a good verbal brawl, and he's found one with Sen. John Kerry's spokesman, David Wade.

It all began when Mr. Limbaugh announced last week on his radio show that the Swift Boat Veterans for President Bush who challenged the Vietnam-era recollections of the Massachusetts Democrat in the 2004 presidential campaign "were right on the money, and nobody has disproven anything they claimed in any of their ads, statements, written commentaries or anything of the sort."

Mr. Wade?

"At first I thought, that's not Rush, that's just the OxyContin talking. Nonetheless, this is a despicable but unsurprising new lie from a man whose closest brush with combat came when customs officials tried to take away his Viagra."

Wow!

"This portly peddler of hate is once again wrong on the facts," Mr. Wade continued.

Ouch!

"Rush Limbaugh's ignorance and determination to divide Americans is just another reminder that you can't spell 'Rush Limbaugh' without the letters L-I-A-R."

Stay tuned, obviously, for round three.

Notice frenchie's mouth piece does not point out where Rush is "lying" because, of course he can not. Rush has great researchers. He knows for certain that having the ratmedia say, "Okay frenchie you really were in Cambodia. We believe you" doesn't make it true. As a matter of fact it makes it more likely to be a lie.

How childish can you get. Can’t argue the facts so he has to try to kill the messenger. Yaaaawn with the fat jokes, how original.

This is a great example of why I hate when we use the juvenile “Hitlery” and other such childish name-calling. We need to argue the points, not act like third graders.

Why would the Swift Boat guys (who all served in Viet Nam with or near John Kerry) misrepresent his period of service?

That would take a massive conspiracy extending over many decades involving hundreds of people.

It's more likely that John Kerry and one of his buddies were able to get together and lie about his period of service.

Jus' the way these things work.

LOL, a typical liberal response will get you nowhere against Limbaugh, Mr. Wade. Surely you can do better than that.

How is one to miss John Kerry if he won't go away?

Hope Rush ignores this pita. He's just not worth anyone's time.

Mr. Wade should talk to Mr. Reid (who is still walking funny & sporting bruises) about what happens when you try to mess with the Maha Rushie.

It is obvious that writers are on strike. Mr. Wade has to resort to his own funny bone, which is obviously a skull bone in his case.

I bought the Swift Boat Veteran's book back in 2004 and it is loaded with DOCUMENTED FACTS, not opinion or third party re-quotes.

There are footnotes that show federal records that cannot be disputed.

Kerry lied repeatedly, and this book points out the lies with DOCUMENTED FACTS.

If the book is not for sale, go read it at a library {if they have it}.
