Prayer request for my mom

I've never started a prayer request thread but my mom who is 84 is in the ER with a heart attack. I spoke with her last on Friday and she did not sound good. I will probably be on the road tomorrow, I would go tonight if my vision was better. She is Catholic as I am so if you pray the rosary which she has done every day for so many years, please add her name -Bernice- to your other intentions. Thanks from my heart.

UPDATE at #134

I just had to write again and thank each and every one of you. God bless you all and your prayer support had helped so much. We are all leaving tomorrow for the wake and funeral. I ordered a nice big red, white and blue floral arrangement for mom because she was so patriotic. Hope she is getting to meet President Reagan, one of her heros, and great freepers who have left us like Tonk.Thanks for being here when I needed you. Love, MomwithHope

Am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mom. She certainly sounded like a spirited woman with a good heart and a good, sharp mind. We know you will miss her. I lost my mother and father so I know of what I speak but...she will always be with you every single day of your life. Each day you will think of her and will be reminded of her one way or another. That is what is so comforting amidst all of the grief. I know everyday I think of mine and I either laugh at something as I remember or I shed a small tear. Either way...I know they are there with me as your mother is with you. Rest her soul and may you find comfort in knowing how much she loved you all and how you helped her pass over when her time came. As another freeper posted ... Mother...God’s greatest gift.
