I know, this is why we need to make sure the proper legal framework is in place to keep it from being tangled up in the courts... right now, just being in the U.S. without permission is not a criminal offense per se, and we need to have a bigger hearing system set up (Doesn’t have to be a court, merely impartial).

That's part of the standard indoctrination at a lot of universities.
1. There is no such thing as an "illegal" person.
2. There should be no borders.

IIRC, that was the sort of sloganeering screamed by the pukes at

(And parents pay as much as $30,000/year to get their kids this

It sounds lawful to me. The military has been active duty many times in States, by a State Governor's request. Think floods, riots, wildfires, earthquakes.

Martial Law means we temporarily revert back to the original Constitution. If there is subversion by a foreign enemy within, WE will form local militias to assist AD military and civil police. It won't take long to fix that problem and a few others.

It already started if you haven't noticed. Some months ago, at a demonstration in L.A., a bunch wearing ski masks and carrying Mexican flags threw crap at the cops in McArthur Park. The cops didn't particularly like that. More than a few heads needed stitches, including some reporters' heads.

They didn't have a permit to be there in the first place. And the cops got ragged on for enforcing the law and protecting themselves.

Don’t forget the Catholic Church, they have been very busy assisting the illegals with their underground railroads I have read about, who knows maybe they like little brown boys too. Imagine an America with 20,000,000 fewer illegals here, our freeways would open up, our schools would no longer be over crowded, no need for all them multi language teachers, rent would be less, power would be less gas would be cheaper, less people on welfare, food stamps, section 8 housing, fewer law suites because some opportunistic lawyer saw a chance to bring a law suite on the behalf of some poor illegal. Just imagine how the poverty level and IQ in America would drop or rise if all thee uneducated folks were just made to go home. Just a thought:-}

I learned that personally by having a love interest. They are not pleased with this situation. Pick any country of origin. They didn't hire a lawyer to apply for green cards, visa, work sponsorhip, work visa application, and naturalization for nothing. On top of a passport. And they see scumbags running around like they own the place like cockroaches.

Befriend and talk to people that legally settled here that live around you. Find out for yourselves.
