No.
Oh now I understand...revising history...it was really Hussein Al-Gore (not Al Gore) who invented the internet.
And then there are those pesky nuclear weapons, an Islamic invention gone terribly bad when they are unleashed on an Islamic nation. The start of Islamic reform.
These people are pathetic. If this guy is right, how do you account for this: in an otherwise booming India, “Fifty-two percent of Muslim men are unemployed...Unemployment among Muslim women is 91 percent...Forty-eight percent of Muslims older than 46 can’t read or write. Though they make up 11 percent of the population, Muslims account for 40 percent of the prison population. See: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/11/01/AR2007110101035.html
“All Modern Discoveries Are By Muslim Scientists”
Oh yeah. They “discovered” all the work of those they made submit to them.
There is some amount of irony in the history of “Muslim” scientists in that those who actually did contribute were secular and considered apostates. Now they want to embrace them in an attempt to glorify their ideology.
I guess that our patent records are all wrong because they are written in English instead of Arabic...and (wimper, cry) does that mean that Mozart was a muzzie? OH NO!
No Arab country spends more than 0.2 percent of its gross national
product on scientific research, and most of that money goes toward
salaries. By contrast, the United States spends more than 10 times that
amount.
Fewer than one in 20 Arab university students pursue scientific
disciplines.
There are only 18 computers per 1,000 people in the Arab world. The
global average is 78 per 1,000.
Only 370 industrial patents were issued to people in Arab countries
between 1980 and 2000. In South Korea during that same period, 16,000
industrial patents were issued.
No more than 10,000 books were translated into Arabic over the entire
past millennium, equivalent to the number translated into Spanish each
year.

No, no, no.... Al Gore invented everything. Didn’t he?
(Was he a a Mussie? Who new?)
If you peruse the Great Soviet Encyclopedia, you will learn that the airplane was invented by Alexander Mozhaiskii in 1882 and that the incandescent light bulb was invented by a Russian named Lodinov in 1870. And at an exposition of holographs from the Soviet Union that was held in London in 1985, one of the displays informed visitors that Soviet scientists invented the laser in 1958.
re: “psychosis [sy.KO.sis] (n).”
I used to know someone like this. My pet name for him was “Muhammad.”
Professor Saliba should look at the list of Nobel Prize winners in physics, chemistry and medicine. I don’t think he will find any Muslims, but will find many Jews and Christians.
Now if I could just remember what happen around 600 AD.
By “modern” do they mean 8th or 12th century?
Most of today’s Palestinians and Turks had Christian ancestors, IIRC.
