That is the purpose of the initial steps which are required.
I reject your notion of “often the case”. If all cases were that bogus then the private investigators who DO follow people around now would video tape the fraud and prosecute. (Perhaps I should ask you how often you beat your wife.)
Do you have any real world experience in these cases or just hyperbole. Clearly you don’t know the procedures required into developing a medical malpractice case.
“I think you missed the first question to Hunter”
Hunter was great in that answer, the crowd really responded to him.
I thought Teddy just had surgery. In that event, it wasn’t appropriate but Fred probably didn’t know a current event again.
No harm, no foul. Duncan’s first answer was a huge applause line and I’d hate for people to miss it. :-)
The fact Crist has not come out for Giulaini is GOOD.
This could be a sign of the times that an endorsement was not done from RINO to RINO.
Crist has issues since he botched property tax reform and screwed up with not fault auto insurance. (his majority whip bogdanoff lead in botching that in an abortive attempt to kill no fault)

Part of it is on the clip I posted upthread...

I’ll edit the full program and post as soon as I can.
I found the video. Getting tired. :)
I thought they asked some pretty good questions in this debate. I really liked Rudy’s answer on education, where he said he puts kids, not teachers first, and the rest of that answer too. I liked it when Paul bashed the AMA. This was the battle of the RINOs folks, except for Paul, Trancredo, and to some extent Hunter and Thompson. Sad to see the Republican party headed down this route.
McCain dwells on Vietnam too much. He said he was “tied up” while Hilary wasn’t. Not funny. Kind of sick humor.
..the baton has been passed
..the baton has been passed
Thanks. He got more face time on the “Spin Room” than in the actual debate itself.
How would the national sale tax be more intrusive than a income tax? Wouldn’t goods go down in price if there was only the sale tax and no other tax? Plus the government would just add a tariff to big price items being imported. How does 23% become 30% are you including state taxes? What would you do to change the tax system because I think right now it is a bad system? I am not being sarcastic these are legit question as I said I have not made a decision on supporting the fair tax. I believe Duncan Hunter would be a excellent commander and chief he still has time to make a move but it is getting hard when he only gets asked 4 questions in a debate.
my video has been removed—incomplete...
I agree with Mitt .. there ARE
3 different categories of
conservatives:
Security
Social
Fiscal
-
there is a 4th category and that is pragmatic. Conservatives want someone with experience and not just someone who talks a good game with the issues but never implemented them.
I liked it when Paul bashed the AMA.
-
he even sounded like a dem on that issue, bashing the corporations and blaming the problem on the Iraq war.
I was speaking about the
conservative VALUES they
uphold.
A national sales tax, creates more paperwork. NOW ALL transactions have a federal sales tax. It is LITERALLY the governments money in my bank account (their words) and another excuse for goverment intrusion.
Instead of QUARTERLY reports on my less than 50 employees, I now have montly sales tax reports on each INDIVIDUAL transaction.
It is a bad system, but that does not mean we should commite suicide into the absurdity of the Fair Sales Tax Scam.
Remember 1991.
It is pointless to debate Duncan Hunter. he is done, finished. He is NOT going to win. Get over it.
