Jim Brossard is interviewed by Mike Gallagher after cutting down a mexican flag illegally flown above an American Flag on the same flagpole.
Jim Brossard,,,,,,,,my hero........wooooooooohoooooooooo!
Bump for the streamless.
While I’m with him all the way it is not illegal to do this!
Flying the Mexican flag above the U.S. flag is illegal.
Taking someone else’s property is also illegal, but in this instance I would have to approve.
The owner was a citizen, ignorant of the law.

Above is from one of the Mexican flag supporters
It is not illegal. It is against protocol.
I saw him on FoxNews with some New Yaawk lewyaaa arguing that what this guy did was wrong. The nerve of this parasite bloated liberal scumbag to lecture a vet on what’s right and wrong. Acording to this morons logic the Boston Tea Party was illegal and the colonists and patriots should have been arrested and hung. I mean illegal aliens, war protestors and other miscreants flaut the law and they should be given a pass. The liberal elites and intelligencia will use the mobs and anarchists to reach their aim of complete wealth confication and a police state and then arrest the rabble in the dead of night and send them off the reeducation camps to learn that their radicalness is no longer needed.
Watch the video at the link. It is illegal. Penalties vary from state to state with some states requiring up to thirty days in jail for the offense.
What an absolute moron. The NWO will be the first to put him into economic and psychological slavery.
Believe what you want! All those laws have been struck down by the SCOTUS , hell you can even burn a flag, protected free speech. I agree that it should be but it ain’t.
I agree.
A perfect illustration in micro of whats going on across the western world on an infinitely larger scale.
Okay, please provide some evidence to the effect that all state laws governing the flying of a foreign flag above the U.S. flag were struck down by the Supreme Court.
Burning the flag is a separate issue, unless you can come up with something that indicates otherwise.
Yes, you can. Unless things have changed since I learned my flag etiquette, burning it (respectfully) is the proper way to dispose of an American flag that has become worn, tattered and no longer in condition to fly.
“All those laws have been struck down by the SCOTUS...”
Then please cite a decision for us.....we’re keen to learn.
I’m talking about in protest!
Nope. Not even a swing at a piñata. But I hear they put consular cards in the piñatas now. It's cheaper than candy.
