Believe what you want! All those laws have been struck down by the SCOTUS , hell you can even burn a flag, protected free speech. I agree that it should be but it ain’t.

Okay, please provide some evidence to the effect that all state laws governing the flying of a foreign flag above the U.S. flag were struck down by the Supreme Court.

Burning the flag is a separate issue, unless you can come up with something that indicates otherwise.

Yes, you can. Unless things have changed since I learned my flag etiquette, burning it (respectfully) is the proper way to dispose of an American flag that has become worn, tattered and no longer in condition to fly.

Odd that burning a US flag is an act of protected speech and not inciting a riot but burning a cross is another matter.
