ANN COULTER AND THE WOMEN'S VOTE
Nealz Nuze/Wsb Radio ^ | 3 October 2007 | Neal Boortz

Posted on 10/03/2007 5:38:51 AM PDT by Turret Gunner A20

Ann Coulter has a new book. "If Democrats Had Any Brains, They'd be Republicans." Suggested subtitle ... "You Can't Fix Stupid."

I guess we now know just what sentence, paragraph or thought expressed in Coulter's book is going to be used by the MoveOn Democrat Party and the loony left in an attempt to demonize her.

Here's an excerpt from an interview with Ann Coulter by George Gurley. Here we find Coulter talking about women: "If we took away women's right to vote, we'd never have to worry about another Democrat president. It's kind of a pipe dream, it's a personal fantasy of mine, but I don't think it's going to happen. And it is a good way of making the point that women are voting so stupidly, at least single women."

The left is sure to jump on this like a crow on a June bug. Thing is .... Coulter is exactly right. Don't take her word for it, just read "Freedomnomics" by John Lott. Here we have a renowned economist going all the way back to the late 1980s to see what happens when women get the vote.

His findings? In every single case, when women were given the right to vote the cost of government immediately began to rise as women, particularly single women, started voting for the candidates who would create more government spending programs designed to provide women with security. That magic word .. .security.

Lott found that young single women overwhelmingly vote liberal. When they marry and start a family they start voting more conservatively. That would be because their sense of security is provided by their family, and they don't want government to interfere in their accumulation of wealth.

Then, if that very same woman starts to feel that her marriage is threatened ... or if she becomes divorced ... she right back there voting for liberals again. Why? Security .. this time from the government instead of her husband. Coulter is right. Deal with it.

If Hillary Clinton becomes (God forbid) the next president of this country, it will be on the vote of young single women and divorcees.

If they’re attractive why do you care what they say? Just smile and buy her another drink.

This is how attractive women retain silly opinions -- men smile and humor them instead of philosophically smacking them down

And if we returned all the African Americans to slavery then that would cement GOP control of government forever. I'm amazed that Coulter isn't dreaming of that as well.

She’s absolutely right. I’ve been embarrassed by the way most women vote for most of my life. Just like I’m embarrassed by the way a lot of women jurors behave.

Heck. I’d give up the vote if it meant that we’d go back to the kind of country we used to have.

Here's your unhappy arithmetic:

Democrats:
50-60% White women
90+% of ALL Black voters
65% of ALL Hispanic Voters
85-90% of ALL Jewish Voters
35-40% of "Other White Men"

Republicans:
60-65% White men
40-50% of White women (on a good day)
35% of "Hispanics"
10-15% of Jewish Voters
5-10% of Black Voters

Hillary's candidacy is absolutely based on the White Woman's vote. She takes'em, she's got it. Fuggedabout this "independent voter" scam. You got the white gals, you got the election. Nothing will ever really shake the Democrat base, so they are really the only group in play. The last two elections were 50-50, had the Dems stolen one more state in either one, history wouldn't be the same.

OBTW let's not forget the dead, illegal aliens, multiple absentee ballots, and the black church van mobile vote, imaginary voters, and the infinite number of concatenations and permutations of the above: 100% Democrat.

We go to a Third Party scenario which siphons off the well-meaning but arithmetically challenged, as in Ross Perot's supporters, stick a fork in the GOP, we're cooked.

That’s my point about Mitt Romney — his good looks will attract enough of the insecure, single/divorced white female vote to deny Hillary Rodham Satan the presidency.

Good grief, lol, only an emotional woman wouldn’t understand Coulter’s point.

Which is of course, her point exactly.

The naive and the bitter.

A friend of mine's ex did a similar thing when Billy Jeff was in office. When I asked her why she voted for him, she said (with a dreamy look in her eyes, to boot) "because he's got charisma!"

Personally detest Romney.

I will happily vote for him if he is the GOP Candidate. Hell, I'll campaign for the SOB!

BTW, don't we have a woman hanging around somewhere we can run for VP? What about Condi Rice?

I am holding you to that. If Jersey goes for Hillary, I am holding you and your Harley responsible.

This has been my opinion for years.

Me, too. For years, I've been saying and posting (1) Amendment XIX is to blame for most of what ails this nation, and (2) we can thank the "men" of the day for its passage and ratification.
