Hillary's respone is just awful - she claims now to admire someone she's publicaly called a liar? Can't have it both waysAgreed. And the media's response is astonishing.
On Meet the Press she implied she voted IN FAVOR of denouncing the MoveOn.Org character assassination ad. That sanctimonious fraud Tim Russert did not expose her flaming lie.
The 2008 campaign will be replay of her Senate campaigns in NY: the media will never ask a single tough question. Softballs, propaganda, and deceit is all you will get from the media.

She said “willing suspension of disbelief” to his face in the hearings. That’s calling him a liar. I don’t care what the meaning of the word is is.

“I think the ad violated The Times’ own written standards, and the paper now says that the advertiser got a price break it was not entitled to,” wrote Clark Hoyt”
They’ll never forgive him for that. The left is totally intolerant of differences of opinion.

Clinton said he believed that the GOP was trying to turn the nation's attention to the ad so it can avoid answering questions about U.S. policy in Iraq. She also slammed the Bush attacks on Cleland and Kerry Poorly written, in that Clinton (?) is never mentioned earlier in the article.
The writer also seems not to know whether to refer to Hillary as a 'he' or a 'she', but perhaps this can be understood...

"NYT editor slams paper over 'General Betray Us' ad" After a week of denying special treatment or any biased agenda?
Our pastor preached on this very topic this morning. "The truth will set you free." Take a lesson, NYT.

Sounds like kerry in 2004. Both clinton and kerry went to the same schools.

BULL...SH*T!!!
They only bend over for DemoLibSocialist groups.
And THAT they do on a daily basis, with their “news” coverage to their opinions as well as in their ad policies.

Comparing political attacks on Kerry and Cleland with the "newspaper of record" pandering to a far left group slandering our top commander is comparing apples and little yellow lemons. How can ANYONE think this woman is presidential? She is a power mad hack--er, ah hag? Either works for me.
