For an number of years I've heard many reports about Muslims who have dreams about Jesus during Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting.
According to a September 21 report in Christian World News, Brother Andrew of Open Doors International said, "Jesus often appears in a vision or in a dream, especially in this time of Ramadan. They're so concentrated on spiritual things and on heavenly things and on the God they're seeking. Every Muslim is still a seeker for God, and then it so often happens, all over the Muslim world, that Jesus appears and they get a changed heart or a strong desire to follow that man who was in my room, who said, 'I'm Jesus, I came to heal you, I came to save you, I died for you, I want you to be with me in heaven.'"
During the month of Ramadan, many Muslims are seeking for an experience with God. They hope that God will be near to them, especially on the "night of power", which is believe by Muslims to be the day Mohammed supernaturally received the Quran.
For several decades now, Christians have organized to pray for Muslims during the month of Ramadan. This year the initiative led by 30-Days International is dubbed "Loving Muslims Through Prayer".
According to The Christian Post, "Some former Muslims who lived in areas where they have no contact with Christians and no chance of hearing the Gospel have said they had dreams and visions of Jesus which spurred them to seek more information about Jesus Christ, eventually resulting in their conversion."
Indeed Muslims around the world are discovering the truth of Jesus Christ. And in doing so, their lives are changed and they experience the reality written by the Apostle Paul 2,000 years ago to the early Christians:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)
Ive seen this reality in the lives of former Muslims around the world. Some are bold witnesses for the risen Jesus. They have carefully considered the cost of discipleship and have taken up their cross as followers of Christ.
And they are shaking the Islamic world at its very foundations.
How wonderful it must be to want to worship the Lord and then soon seeing Him in person!
Huh?
Well, I’m no electrician or anything, but speaker wire used for house wiring seems like it would be a bit substandard.

It’s great to pray for them but I’d pray with one eye on them at all times.
Not shocking. Muslims believe Jesus was an Apostle, second only to Muhammad. The problem isn't that they don't know about Jesus - but that their entire understanding of who God is is fundamentally defective. They believe God is fundamentally Unity - so to have Jesus Christ be God is grossly polytheistic.
Interesting thread. Thanks for posting the story.

"The Mohammedan heresy is doomed. Christ will destroy Mohammedanism, just as He destroyed Mithraism, Catharism, Arianism, and all the other heresies that have risen against Him."
You can add Catholicism to that list.
Nice picture though...but the last thing Jesus would do would be to replace one false teaching with another.
Keep trying. You’re bound to get a rise out of somebody sooner or later!
Praying TO MARY for you!
See your doctor.
Thank you for this beautiful idea- prayiing for Moslems during the month of Ramadan. I think I shall do it. Jesus is the only way Moslems can be changed. They aren’t going to embrace secularism after belonging to such a thought controlling, fundamental religion; however I think it interesting in a spiritual sense that Jesus is already accepted by them, though not in the way Christians see him. He came to make all things new. Islam, indeed, might be one of those things.
Just like with Liberals.
"Praying TO MARY for you!"
LOL, okay. Can you pray to the wall for me while your at it? It'll accomplish just as much. Also, I have this cool sleeper sofa. It is very beautiful and a pastor slept on it once. Can you pray to the sleeper sofa for me as well?
Good looking out! :o)
Here is another Christian trying to spread the gospel to the Middle East. He is a turkish Christian, a native Arabic speaker, whose grandfather was killed in Turkey by Moslems. He broadcasts the gospel in Arabic, on radio and TV programs all across the middle east, every day. It’s a worthy program to support,if so inclined.

I thought one was a chastisement and the other was a gift. ;^)
Brother Andrew is a modern-day Saint Paul. His faith is very inspiring.
