Amid the mountain of evidence released in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial, the most provocative has turned out to be a handful of previously classified evidence detailing Islamist extremists' ambitious plans for a U.S. takeover. A knot of terrorism researchers say the memos and audiotapes, many translated from Arabic and containing detailed strategies by the international Islamist group the Muslim Brotherhood, are proof that extremists have long sought to replace the Constitution with Shariah, or Islamic law.

Islam needs to be outed as a competing ideology, that is anathema to democracy, just and fascism and communism were, then outlawed.
“Ambitious” is quite the understatement.
That will never happen while I draw breath. I suspect I am not alone.
When we went into Iraq, either time, the proper procedure was the destruction of all that attaches Iraq to the post 8th century era except for the oil which we should have secured and colonized, not for the wealth but because it is what the barbarian cultures see as the only rational approach of a strong confident ruler- they really don't think in "countries." That would have shut down jihad worldwide for a few more generations at least.
Now I think the requirement is the more expensive operation of doing it to Iran and probably also obliterating Mecca. Medina would have been sufficient 5 or 6 years ago. In a few more years the price of a quick end will have risen to include other newly strong and belligerent Islamic countries and maybe Russia or China, too.
For the Moslems the necessity is a defeat so immense that ALL Moslems believe that Allah does not will for Islam to prevail in this century. There must be no belligerent capability remaining in any Moslem state that has evinced belligerent intentions. The paynims' perception of the Will of Allah is everything. My childhood was spent in Istanbul in a relatively Westernized Moslem culture and I have paid attention ever since. Very few in the West understand Moslem fatalism, even a little bit.
Ignoring the DMN seems to be quite popular in Texas these days anyway. I look forward to reports of more layoffs at the DMN in the fourth quarter.

All this talk of the safalists or for that matter any brand of Isalm “takeing over” America is (IMO) just so much doom and gloom talk, and the stuff of a good thriller novel. Not gonna happen. They want to, but then I want the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders to come to my apt. for a weekend of cheap meanless sex...I probably have a better chance of that happening than Islam takeing over America.
