It’s about 1100 miles...
Two drivers trading off, averaging 65mph could make it in under 20 hours - stopping only for gas/food and head stops...

I thought for sure he was back home in Hong Kong. I thought for sure he was tied to a cinder block at the bottom of the ocean.

“I thought for sure he was tied to a cinder block at the bottom of the ocean.”
He does, too....
Which probably explains why he turns up on an Amtrak in Colorado...

Thats the story, thanks.
Just Awful, I agree with the cop who said she and him needed to die and not be allowed to walk the face of this earth.

FBI agents arrested him Thursday night on charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, Schadler said. Once he is returned to state custody, the federal charges will be dismissed, Schadler said. Apparently Gonzales is still running our Justice Department.

Do you think some lib judge will give him bail again? This is unreal but I'm not surprised. this time he will be released on his own recognizance.

Another article says that he got sick on the train and the conductor called EMS at Grand Junction. He must have been pretty damned sick or else he’d have refused EMS, I would think. It wasn’t until 8 hours later that he was apprehended at the hospital - I’d imagine he must have needed IVs or some serious testing and treatment. Otherwise, as a fugitive, why would he allow himself to be in any hospital at all, never mind for 8 hours?

"
I believe this judge was appointed by Clinton. It was probably hoped that Hsu would make it out of the country."
I don't know who appointed this judge, but he is either a fool or something worse.
It may have been hoped that he would flee the country (which he may have been trying to do), or it may simply have been hoped that he would set foot on a private airplane, in an attempt to flee, where he would then become the victim of a 'tragic' accident.
