Yes, the smile was a weird touch. And I’m sure they were coached (probably by CAIR), hoping that smiling would make them look like sweet innocent young guys just on their way for some fun in the country. Yeah. Right.

But they know how these things play in the media, and they’ve found that the “rage boy” look is counterproductive. Expect to see all Muslims grinning like idiots in future mug shots.
