I read the transcript of the Larry Graig interview with the Minnesota police.
I don't like what I'm hearing from other conservatives. The liberals see a cheap Senate seat and you want to give it to them because a guy moved two fingers under the stall wall in an airport bathroom.
If they had the guy on tape asking for sex, paying for sex, or photographed in the act, or any other physical proof, then I would say that looks very very bad and he should go.
But that is not the case.
This is very lame, and those of you who have never had a disagreement with a law enforecement officer should hope that a cop never accuses you of something. Because by your own action, your professional career, and or political career, should be forit, merely on the word of the officer with no physical proof or corroborating evidence.
Those of you who pass judgement, on Larry Craig, merely on the heresay and liberal spin that has been run in the press, should be ashamed.
Of course, licking them afterwards would be a bad idea.
Weak? He was timed peaking through the crack in the stall door for 13 minutes before he decided to occupy the stall adjacent to the cops and play footsy.

This kind of crap is beyond the pale. Unless the Senator actually solicited...in words, not the mind of a cop, sex in that bathroom, he's not guilty of any actual crime.
If you did, would it warrant you losing your job, being shamed in the media, and arrested? I knocked on a restroom stall once, and I'm straight as a good arrow. Apparently that could get me charged with a crime in Minneapolis.

Republicans are under attack and it will get worse.Didn’t AliVeritas post that the news was out on him in June when it happened and there was a post here on FReeRepublic about it in June. Was it not surprising that if that is true that this story is again released again on the day that the Chinese funny money regarding Democrats.

Whoa. I didn’t know it was for that long. The republican party has sunk to depravity if it doesn’t dump Craig.
He plead guilty.
Larry Craig should resign for one of the following reasons:
Either he was caught trying to engage in public lewdness, or, Senator Craig, a professional lawmaker, is TOO STUPID to hire a lawyer to help defend him against false charges.
IMHO, the man no longer belongs in the Senate.
Anyone who is supporting Craig needs to listen to the tapes - not just read the transcript.
Much (more) can be gathered from tone of voice, inflection and so on (stuff you miss if you only read the transcripts)...
