“Do not post to me”

We've received many requests from freepers requesting that other freepers not post to them. There are several problems with this.
1. It's impossible for us to enforce.
2. We don't have the time to enforce these requests.
3. We don't have the software to keep track of these requests.
4. Thick skin helps.
5. Ignore the poster, if you don't reply, they won't reply.
Free Republic does not need a bozo filter, bozo filters are for wimps.
Final note: Trolls, troublemakers, disruptors, forum pests, malcontents, RINOs, liberals, stalkers, et al, would continue posting to (harassing) someone after being asked to stop. Conservative FReepers would not.

"You could always do isometric exercises." I can't. I never familiarized myself with the isometric system.
Feet and inches were difficult enough.

I bike commute for now - 12.5 miles each way when I do it. Helps with cardiovascular health and my legs, but Im still a weakling otherwise. ;-) I am envious. Did that until we bought a house where cycle-commuting proved to be too dangerous & difficult. (Other parameters drove the decision.)

What happened to Vansama?

It’s not bad here...wide shoulder / bike lane / bike path the whole way. There’s one little spot where the bike lane ends and I have to ride across a bridge in traffic, but *most* of the time even that isn’t all that scary. I’m in my own little lane in my own little world, without people tailgating and all that. ;-)
It’s a good way to work exercise into my day, and we have a shower at work, so I just change when I get there. A lot less stressful than fighting traffic and sitting in stop-and-go twice a day, I gotta say! Olympia doesn’t have serious traffic in the same way that Seattle or other big cities do, but it’s still a pain.

Nothin’. He’s parked in the yard at the moment. ;-)
There are still things best left to the car. Like, say, picking up forty pounds of dog food, or driving anywhere involving Interstate or scary roads.

"Heck, I got banned from posting to a particular thread via Freepermail." That's what you get for trying to be significant.
Stick with us. We'll teach you how to be ignored.

50 pushups, 10 Hail Marys, and drink a glass of brussel sprout juice.
That should take care of it.
