Many of you know that I help organize the Duncan Hunter "meetup" group(s). I decided to peek in at the "competition" and found it very interesting that Ron Paul supporters are being urged to attend the MoveOn.org rally....
http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1/boards/view/viewthread?thread=3421862
I post this because I know there are a lot of folks on FR that support Ron Paul.. I just wonder if you are participating in this effort.. or what you think about this whole business of catering to MoveOn.org
.... quote from an active Ron Paul supporter
Somebody posted a thread concerning moveon, and letting their members know about Ron Paul. As a member of moveon.org, I received today an invitation to create an anti-war rally on August 28th. They will be doing rallies all across the nation on that day. We should invade this event. During the rally, bring anti-war stickers, signs, and flags -- and also Ron Paul signs. Introduce moveon members to Ron Paul, the REAL anti-war candidate! Anti-war people will ask about Ron Paul and be introduced to him on that day. Don't be rude, just gently introduce people to the peace candidate. Moveon.org is well cordinated, so if enough of our people show up at their rallies, we might be able to convert a huge number of people.
I have already created a moveon.org anti-war rally, on the 28th at 7pm, right outisde of the West Covina Mall. Please, everybody who can in this group, COME. It's on the corner of Vincent and Plaza Drive in West Covina.

Vote wisely!
Protect those delicate sensibilities of yours. >:-}
I hope I am not put in the position to have to vote for Rudy, he is not my kind of conservative.
If it is between Rudy and Hillary, I will vote Rudy to not get Hillary, but lets pray Rudy is NOT the Republican candidate.
Someone brought up Rudy and I commented regarding it back, but I did say SCARY was the impression I got from Ron Paul.
I thought I was watching a Democrat at some points of the Republican debate.
I sure hope we don’t get stuck with Rudy, I do NOT like Rudy.
If it is Rudy or Hillary, you have to be responsible and NOT do anything which gets Hillary in. That includes wasting the vote on a third party or not voting.
I will not for moral reasons. Rudy is anti-life and favors fed funding of abortion. I will not go that route.
I'll probably write in Duncan Hunter at that point. It's the only way I can think of to let the Pubbies know how many votes they lost.
>>>Know anyone doing that for Duncan Hunter, or any other candidate for that matter?
Yes.
Hillary will create lots of new bad laws including lots of more pervasive abortion laws that Rudy would never go for.
I hope we are not put into that position, but we have to vote for the Republican over Hillary.
Judges are an issue as well.
As you prove what a genius you are with your protest voting, Hillary will honor you with tons of big time liberal pro abortion judges that Rudy would not do so much of.
Way to go... NOT!
LOL! No, he’s a Marxist and a very smart guy. He’s not the type to be duped into supporting Paul, simply because of his position on the war.
Are you theoretically a girl? Sorry to sidetrack the thread.
The only difference between Hillary and Rudy is, he looks better in a dress.
Not true. Ronald Reagan signed the illegal immigrant get out of jail free bill in his second term.
Hillary is going to actively seek out socialism throughout our lives.
She will create if she can socialized medicine.
She will flood all the judiciary with liberal pro-abortion judges.
She will get lots of new pro-abortion laws on the books.
I think Rudy would do lots less damage.
Plus Rudy would be good on the war.
Again, I hope we are NOT put in that position, I do not like Rudy either, but I refuse to not vote or vote in a way that gives us Hillary the pro-abortion communist.
I will NOT vote for Rudy.
It would betray everything I believe.
It won’t happen.
I don’t have to grow up with that remark. Matter of fact, since it wasn’t peppered with a string of colorful metaphors, I believe that was a very grown up remark.
I will not support anyone under any condition that is affiliated with NAMBLA.

Brief history of the modern childlove movement
Now the fact is, both Hillary and Rudy are members of that group. BUT, Rudy happens to be a member with voting power.
Be proud of who you are I guess.
I hope we get a Fred in though so you can avoid such a tragedy in your voting life.
If the nation is perverted enough to vote in either anti-life candidates, they are getting exactly what they asked for.
