Even the libs on the panel can’t seem to believe how afraid the Dimm candidates are of “attacking” Hillary.

They even offered suggestions. I particularly liked how she’s the candidate of the status quo...so 1990s.

Michael Gordon has some reasonably thoughtful comments. At least he appears to be using his brain.

Did you like how he never actually answered the ad?

Frankly, no. ;-)

Wow. I didn’t know until now that Huckabee raised taxes (ie: gasoline taxes) 17 times while Governor.

MSM needs a new golden boy, and they are latching on to Huckabee -- because they know his isn't that strong of a candidate and has already flipflopped on several issues. They see him as an easy mark to eventually corner and give the edge to the Dem contender.

We all knew the DBM would have to launch a counter attack after the positive results from the surge became apparent.

Picture Ren and Stimpy saying "must... save... the... narrative!"

They think they're so sophisticated and we're so stupid...

My cousin just graduated from high school this past June. She wanted to attend a technical school that required passing an entrance exam. My brother tutored her and was stunned how little mathematics she knew. Fortunately my brother was able to teach her enough that she passed the test. He was quite upset that he had to do the job our local public high school was supposed to have done.

Kristol revelation: his daughter is currently an unpaid volunteer for Fred Thompson should he ever announce his candidacy....hopes she gets paid after that. LOL.

You’d think that’d be the exact line of attack Obama would use.

Has Warner explained how he came up with 5,000 as the number of troops that should be home by Christmas???

That number corresponds with the number of fingers on his "Cypherin'" hand.

Even the libs on the panel can’t seem to believe how afraid the Dimm candidates are of “attacking” Hillary.

Dems, MSM, Business, even many Pubbies do not want to get on her bad side, just in case she does win.

They don't want to be on the blunt end of that woman scorned.

Not that I am surprised that Warner is an idiot, but I am surprised that he would stab his party in the back by delaying his retirement. The Republican party of VA should be up in arms about this. If they know about it, they should be readying another candidate NOW.

It is a bit disconcerting that of all the Republican governors out there, the only two who ran were Tommy Thompson and this goober. Owens, Pawlenty, Sanford, Barbour, and hell, even Jeb Bush would have been better bets than these two. If I didn't know better, I'd think they thought a Republican in the White House in 2009 is a lost cause.

Of course, all the Democrat governors are sitting it out, too, so there's probably another reason.

6 Billion dollars a year on cancer research is not enough for Lance Armstrong. He wants to make sure that nobody gets it, but that we screen so that we catch it early, and the poor are affected most.

He may bicycle well, but he does not strike me as a great thinker.

Only 37 percent gave her a thumbs-up, giving her the poorest overall rating.

The Gallup survey suggested that a gender gap hurts Clinton, the only woman in the race.

I was appalled that 37% of vets could give her a thumbs-up given that the military usually votes our way 80%. Then I saw the gender gap BS (per the survey 9 of 10 vets were male) and I think the gender gap is the only reason she could score above 20% with actual vets.

I think we all know women who are otherwise not demented or stupid who unthinkingly support other women in political matters just because they ARE women and I've known a few men who do that too.

I hear you. My daughter graduated in 2004 and is now a senior at Texas A&M. She has some friends who are products of the public “skrool” systems and are so clueless about English and math. They cannot put a sentence together that maks the slightest bit of sense. Forget any math skills. If it weren’t for calculators, they couldn’t make change for a dollar if a product cost $.50.

I went to an Ice Show last night headlining Kimmie Meissner, (World Champion in 2006 and Maryland resident) who is the same age as that airhead beauty contestant. Kimmie was terrific as she introduced the other skaters, charmed the audience and generally was responsible for an excellent night’s entertainment, besides skating three routines and the opening and closing ensemble numbers.

The show was for the benefit of families of children with cancer, a group with which Kimmie has been closely involved, besides doing her training and her studies.

What a contrast!
