Why isn't this repeat-offending criminal in jail where she belongs?

She'll be back, and the crap will start all over again.

Shouldn’t that headline read “Repeat Lawbreaker Deported to Mexico”?

But of course. After all, OUR PRESIDENT says “We must treat these people (illegal criminal aliens) WITH RESPECT....”

Wow, so every illegal that gets caught and refuses to leave peacefully is now an “activist”?

I love the way that she refers to Mexico as “her country”. Since her allegiance is obviously to Mexico, I have a really hard time understanding why she’s here in the first place.

And shouldn’t it say that she has caused her son trauma by intentionally giving birth to him in the USA instead of MX ?

Giving birth to him here knowing full well what the consequenses might be ?

And what about child endangerment/abandonment ?

She came here and had a baby , used her baby as an international pawn. Even Canada has put a stop to pawn babies.

Scroll down and take the survey!

The results look very encouraging! And the response is pretty large (over 8,000).

From what I have heard, the media is all set to start a barrage of these “poor-me-victim” stories.

It is obvious to me this woman is not a good mother. She is not a caring individual, or she would have taken her child with her. She instead left her child behind, so she could come back to the USA and try to cause trouble. She will do nothing in her own country to fight for her fellow citizens, she will come back here only to be deported again. She is a worthless individual, intent on break America’s laws. She should be given ten years, in prison, when she returns. I would love to see a jury trial for this one. I would recommend to the jury we step outside of the sentencing laws and give 100 years, no parole, hard labor, fully chained. Otherwise she will keep popping up, on our side of the border.

An illegal immigrant who took refuge in a Chicago church for a year to avoid being separated from her U.S.-born son has been deported to Mexico, the church's pastor said.

Good. Now, the guy running the church she took refuge in should lose his job.

She'll be back, and the crap will start all over again.

My gut feeling is that a family emergency came up back home in Mexico and she allowed herself to be arrested and deported for the free plane ticket.......

Yes, she will be back because her son is still here........

I agree with the priest who stated our immigration law must be fixed, to keep the family together (parent and anchor baby to be more precise). One must drive thru El Monte, California and will understand. The Mexican breeder will nest in a California city (sanctuary). After the child is born, that’s it! She is sure to stay.
Is this child indeed a US Citizen? I think not, and I am sure there are some US Constitution scholars who are researching the issue. Remember, the parent (only one known) is not legally here, and her own country is claiming jurisdiction over her.

Minor offspring should be citizens of whatever country the mother is from, no matter where they happen to be born!

she is a convicted fellon and two time illegal alien.

Even with serial immigration with her son at 18, she has to submit an application for waiver of excludability.
