I agree with the priest who stated our immigration law must be fixed, to keep the family together (parent and anchor baby to be more precise). One must drive thru El Monte, California and will understand. The Mexican breeder will nest in a California city (sanctuary). After the child is born, thats it! She is sure to stay.
Is this child indeed a US Citizen? I think not, and I am sure there are some US Constitution scholars who are researching the issue. Remember, the parent (only one known) is not legally here, and her own country is claiming jurisdiction over her.
