Tijuana? SO she can border hop again? Sigh.

I just watched a news clip about this, with a priest saying we should go after bin Laden instead of illegal aliens. I’m a Catholic and I am sick and tired of my church’s priests aiding and abetting lawbreakers in the interest of some Marxist translation of “social justice.”

The thing that makes me really angry is the sense of entitlement this woman and her supporters have. When I see the treatment my legal immigrant friends get at the hands of the DHS, I get very unsympathetic to illegals skirting the bureaucracy.

Also her arrest for a stolen social security number. Identity theft is a coward’s crime.

So her child deserves to be called “her brat” because of what his mother is doing?? I don’t think so. If you were rational, you’d know that’s out of line and unfair to the child. But you, and many others here, aren’t rational. You just vent. At anything and everything that strikes your fancy to vent AT. Your tagline shows the same. Islam as the enemy who brought us the lstest world war?? When we have allies in this war who are dying in greater numbers than ourselves, who are also Muslim?? I don’t think so. But you can’t brook any truth that deviates from your irrational rants and vents. And in that, you have plenty of company here.

Sooo, that means that when Elivra sneaks her way back into the U.S., she can hang her hat at your hacienda, si'?

Maybe you can help her dream up more creative excuses for her illegal acts.

After all, that's what brats do.

Yeah, want to make a bet on how long it takes her to show back up in Chicago?

Over/under 2 weeks.

I hope we returned her in a non-air conditioned taxi from Tijuana.

In related developments, illegal aliens inside Los Angeles jails are reporting to Hispanic media that they are going to "go on strike" (whatever that means)....
    Either
  1. They are going to commit more crimes without pay or
  2. They are going back to their homelands
I suspect the former.

There are two possible outcomes, both of them good.

Outcome 1: The Illegal Immgrants pound their chests and ballyhoo for a couple of days, but in the end meekly walk away, demonstrating once and for all that they are a bunch of feckless, whining malcontents who are unable to organize seriously, or...

Outcome 2: The Illegal Immigrants riot and burn down their own neighborhoods. If this happens, the gloves will come off and law enforcement will start to take these idiots seriously. Massive deportations would result.

So, it’s a Win/Win. Frankly, we should rattle these idiots’ cage whenever we get the chance.

What a sad quote from Chertoff... "We are bowing to reality. You can't deport 12 to 20 million people."

We don't even know if it's 12 or 20 Million. Or 30 Million, for that matter. We really have no FReepin' clue.

I never supported National ID. But it is time.

I haven’t seen a thing about this on TV this morning.

Maybe I missed it but they don’t seem to interested.

"From the time I took sanctuary the possibility has existed that they arrest me in the place and time they want," she said in Spanish. "I only have two choices. I either go to my country, Mexico, or stay and keep fighting. I decided to stay and fight."

.........................................................

Immigration activists responded with anger to her arrest, and promised protests and vigils to support her. "We are sad, but at the same time we are angry," said Javier Rodriguez, a Chicago immigration activist who worked with Arellano. "How dare they arrest this woman?"

“(AP) Immigration Activist Deported to Mexico”

By PETER PRENGAMAN
Associated Press Writer

An immigration activist who took refuge in a Chicago church for a year to avoid being separated from her son has been deported to Mexico, the church’s pastor said.

Elvira Arellano was arrested Sunday afternoon outside Our Lady Queen of Angels church in Los Angeles. She was deported several hours later, said the Rev. Walter Coleman, pastor of Adalberto United Methodist Church in Chicago, where Arellano had taken refuge.

“She has been deported. She is free and in Tijuana,” said Coleman, who said he spoke to her on the phone. “She is in good spirits. She is ready to continue the struggle against the separation of families from the other side of the border.”

A message left with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials late Sunday was not immediately returned.

Arellano, 32, became a symbol of the struggles of illegal immigrant parents when she took refuge in the church to avoid being separated from her 8-year-old son Saul, who...

The media won't say what happened to her anchor baby.

I suspect she took him with her. He cannot be used as effectively as a pplitical pawn if he was left in the US.

She needs to be on TV, with tears coming down her cheeks, as she holds him and weeps for the liberal journalists who come to worship her. Also, her son is 8 now so getting too big to hold in her arms - better get the PR quickly.

From the time I took sanctuary the possibility has existed that they arrest me in the place and time they want," she said in Spanish.
