ANKARA, Turkey - Two men who hijacked a Turkish passenger plane in an apparent protest against the U.S. surrendered to authorities Saturday after holding some crew members and passengers hostage for more than four hours. No one was hurt.
The men claimed to be carrying a bomb and demanded that the Atlasjet Airlines plane headed from northern Cyprus to Istanbul be diverted to Iran. The plane, which had taken off from northern Cyprus headed for Istanbul, landed at Antalya airport after pilots said they needed to refuel.
Passengers speaking to NTV and CNN-Turk said the hijackers spoke Arabic to each other and promised not to harm the passengers. “We are Muslims,” the passengers quoted one of the hijackers as saying.
“We are muslims” ….Well, that's a shock. Was this an excuse, apology, or explanation? “We are muslims.” Was there ever a question about that? Quick, hide the small boys, the sheep, and goats!!!

The bad guys didn’t say, “We are terrorists” or “We are hijackers” they said, “We are Muslims”.
Out of their own mouths the intent is that Muslim in another term for hijacker or terrorist.
Works for me. Muslim and Terrorist are interchangeable terms.

Its too bad, the Liberals/Rinos insist, that we must/shall forfeit our freedoms/national interests to make them (the Liberals/Rinos) feel better....while our foes (domestic/foreign) plan and commit terrorist acts.

Naaa. I expected them to announce “we are white american heterosexual christian males”. Those are the evilest of evil, after all. If it weren’t for them, the world would be near perfect and no one would suffer.

I think I remember seeing a movie where the Hijackers said “We are brain-dead slugs that worship a big black stone and dream of going back to bronze-age times”. No, wait, it was exactly what this Turk said.
