Authorities had several chances to get José Carranza off the streets. They didn't...... and so three innocent college kids were brutally murdered .....How was an illegal immigrant arrested for felony assault and twice on 31 counts involving the repeated sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl - on the street in the first place?

We demand politicians obey the constitution they were sworn to uphold.
We demand they do something.........American citizens are losing their savings/homes/futures......while freeloading illegal invaders own homes in the countries they emanated from, have cash in the bank, and are sponging-off US citizens.
The invaders are sending $50 billion US dollars per year back home (for their cushy retirements). This is money gained from illegal employment ....and for all we know....from drug deals, tax evasion, ID theft, and other criminal activities.
For starters, Western Union should be investigated. WU is aiding in the hiding and conversion and transmission of the invaders illegal cash to legitimate funds. ALL international WU money transfers need to be filtered and siezed as necessary to stop this theft from the USA.
What happened to the idea of punishing criminals? Thirty-one (!!??) counts of molesting a child? They should have sent him to The Maker long ago.
And nobody called the feds to come pick him up on immigration charges . . . But free he was - on $150,000 bail. And, once again, no one called immigration.
So I reiterate: no one informed immigration, despite the lies told by the Essex County Sherriff's office, who arrested this guy on 31 different counts but never informed immigration and never held him for more than a few days.
In my many years of watching politicians operate, I have never seen anything as disgraceful, but enlightening, as this “immigration reform” fiasco. Because it has convinced me, for good and certain, that our politicians are less concerned about this country and the well-being of its people, than they are about pandering for votes. In other words, it’s the politician’s interests first, not ours.
I’m in favor of term limits and restrictions on pork-barrel spending, as a means of removing the incentives to our solons to do this type of thing.
I HOPE IT’S POSSIBLE FOR THOSE PARENTS TO SUE EVERY
SINGLE PERSON FROM BOTTOM TO TOP WHO REFUSED TO ENFORCE THE LAWS THAT WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS ATROCITY.

Not unlike the Cheshire CT atrocity, though both those pieces of filth were not illegals. But they both had records as long as your arm and shouldn’t have been on the street.
Sure, we can "vote" them out of office, but they still get to live in luxury, with their pensions, and are free to spread lies of justification.
I would like to see some retrubution...the judge, city councilmen...mayors, prosecutors.....all in jail, or in this case, hanged at the most populous intersection of the town at high noon.
If the consequences of official action were harsh enough, maybe some of these people would think twice, or better, not even try for the official job.

My thoughts exactly. If a doctor can be held liable for a bad outcome/botched procedure why can't the courts be held to the same standards?
This is literally our poster boy for illegal immigration! His face and deeds and faces of his victims should become known to every American, along with the disgraceful actions of the authorities.
How many news reports have there been of kids raped and murdered in the past month or so by illegals??? Way too many... and the politicians do nothing.
Obvious answer. All elective offices are packed with lawyers protecting their turf.

The federal government should be the weakest part of our government. The local government should be the strongest because the closer you get to the people, the more it is in connection with the people and its will .....

Absolutely! Plus make lobbying illegal, NO pension other than social security, NO special federal health care program, Medicare for one and all in retirement. No raises unless there are equal raises for the entire working population.
How can we get these changes as no politician in office is ever going to let go of the goose that laid the golden egg?

I think he should be out NOW — and LIVING, ON A ROTATIONAL BASIS, IN THE HIGH-SECURITY, GATED COMMUNITIES WITH THE FAMILIES OF THE A**HOLE JUDGE AND POLITICIANS WHO PUT HIM ON THE STREET LAST TIME.
If we made that a national policy, wanna bet there would be a hell of a lot less repeat offender crime here?
