I would like to see some retrubution...the judge, city councilmen...mayors, prosecutors.....all in jail, or in this case, hanged at the most populous intersection of the town at high noon. My thoughts exactly. If a doctor can be held liable for a bad outcome/botched procedure why can't the courts be held to the same standards?

Probably won’t happen.
When you have govt. corruption from top to bottom and the feds won’t act, time to leave. You might get a token prosecution but things like this will become the norm under an unsecured border mandate that both sides of the political equation follow.
