We received word this morning that FReeper T'wit, Timothy Wheeler, has died. His son said that he passed away quickly, apparently, with not much distress.
T'wit was one of our earliest members and was a tireless worker for Life and Liberty. He was a good man and will be greatly missed.
Prayers for his family and loved ones.
Godspeed, dear friend.

What are we going to do without him here? I don't remember a time on FR without T'wit.

I'm so sorry, Jim. Condolences and prayers for his family.
I remember him with great admiration for his work on the tainted blood files. So many innocents (including children) were killed horribly by the scum who sold the tainted Arkansas prison blood, and it took a great deal of courage for a man from Arkansas to continually expose that crime. A major loss!

I spoke to Tim within the last month. He felt that the Terri Schaivo incident was the most important social issue of our time.
Let that be his legacy, I think that’s what he would want.
BTW, we disagreed somewhat but we never got along perfectly. I miss him.

These tears of sorrow should be tears of joy, for Tim is in the arms of our Heavenly Father. But I have to cry my selfish tears of sorrow before I can rejoice. Tim will live in my heart forever. Amen!
Tim, my FRiend, Godspeed. I shall carry my memories of you always.
