He will be missed here.
I didn't know Twit, how old was he? I just looked at his last postings and he was up after 9:30 posting last night practicing tag lines he said. He must have passed with a sudden heart attack.
Prayers and condolences to all who knew and loved him.
I'm angry with you, you made me start crying again.
Tim and I went out to lunch on a regular basis when my mom was dying. He was great. We always eventually changed the subject to politics which was a wonderful distraction.
Tim worked for the National Review for years, I'm not sure that's common knowledge.
May he rest in peace and may God comfort his family.
His loss to FR is a great one. He has gone to his wonderful reward. May God hold his family in His hand.

I am very sorry to hear of this.
Every time we lose one of the FR pioneers it is a loss for all of us, whether we realize it or not.

Prayers for the family and FRiends that over the years knew him well.
His last post on a thread from a couple days ago had to do with journalistic ethics. It was a straightforward answer that acknowledged that the human condition oft goes where it ought not to and what lines to not cross as a journalist.
He had a good mind for words and used them like a wordsmith. He constructed and destructed arguments in a humble manner but still had enough wit left to get a jab or point in and a chuckle too occasionally.
Sorry I didn’t get to know him better.
